There are two air-conditioned bedrooms, one triple with a double bed and a single pull-out bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional pull-out bed; finally, there are two brand new bathrooms, one complete with shower box and a second bathroom, blind, complete but without shower.
The house is an excellent solution for those looking for a comfortable home that is well served by clubs, restaurants, minimarkets and bars / tobacconists.
The accommodation is in fact located just a few steps from the bay and 800 meters away from the beautiful beach of Felloniche.
It should be noted that in a few minutes by car you can easily reach the other places in Salento, as the San Gregorio Bay has a strategic position being close to the coast road that connects the most extreme point of Santa Maria di Leuca to the famous beaches of the Maldives of Salento.
