Villa with 3 bedrooms, garden and communal pool in the well-kept complex Salobre Morro Golf on the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.



The house



Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, access to the terrace, en-suite shower room and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed. The ground floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room with dining area and 1 kitchen.



The house is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot / cold), Internet (WIFI), satellite TV and DVD player.



The house has two sun loungers and no more are provided.



The outdoor area



The outdoor area has a terrace, sun beds, garden and parking. There is also a common area for the Morro Golf complex with a terrace, sunbeds, outdoor shower and communal pool with electric pool heating (01.10 - 31.05.).



IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. DISCOUNT: For this reason a discount is applied on working days

The house is located in a beautiful complex on the golf course Salobre Golf. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills in the sun. Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
