6 bed spacious & light renovated 19th Century School house
Our self catered accommodation is a renovated old school house in the small hamlet of La Paute, just outside of Bourg d’Oisans. We’ve kept the name that everyone knows it as locally - the Ecole de La Paute.
The building has been converted into two apartments. The 'Ornon' ground floor apartment (89m2) is suitable for up to a maximum of 6 people. It has one bedroom with two beds or one double (2 x 90x190cm or 180 x 190cm), and a large mezzanine area split in half with two single beds on each side (90 x 200cm).
Cyclists are catered for with a secure cellar to house your bikes, including common tools, bike stand & track pump for any adjustments or repairs that might have to be made.
The building is situated at the base of the Col d’Ornon, just 2km from Bourg d’Oisans so all of the bike routes that you can enjoy from our B&B are just as accessible from here too.
If you are keen to meet other cyclists you’ll be welcome to come over to our B&B on the other side of town!
