Opposite the small port of Pempoul, House with large living room, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 7, 3 bathrooms (one upstairs with large shower, double sink and bath and one in master suite with large Italian shower, double sink and a shower / sink area in one of the bedrooms).
Large terrace, garage of 40 m2 accessible to a vehicle, WiFi, Canal +, FOCAL sound system, trampoline, table tennis, kayak RTM quatro available.
Baby equipment (cot, high chair)
Ideally located near the city and its shops (10 min walk), the small port of Pempoul (100 meters) and the supervised beach nearby.
House located in front of the yacht club with various rentals or courses.
Dossen beach with surf rental, paddle and sailboats at 15 minutes.
Starting point for many walks (Roscoff 5 km) by bike, or to visit the beautiful Bay of Morlaix or Brittany from North to South!

Bretagne perfekt

Das Haus selbst bietet genau die wunderschönen Ausblicke, die in der Bewerbung gezeigt werden. Der Pool ist beheizt, so daß man auch bei kühleren Temperaturen hinein springen kann. Im Haus haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter waren klasse und unglaublich flexibel, was An- und Abreise angeht. Der Ort selbst bietet alles, was man sich von einem Ort dieser Größe wünscht, mit schönem Wochenmarkt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Roscoff und die Ile de Batz sind nur 10 Minuten entfernt und schöne typische kleine Bretagnestrände in der Nähe. Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Super tolles Haus und sehr nette Vermieter!

Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Pool,Trampolin,Tischtennisplatte,Fahrräder,Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.),die Betten waren gut,die Ausstattung generell hochwertig und das Haus hat eine prima Lage. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief reibungslos und sie sind sehr zuvorkommend gewesen. Wir kommen wieder 😊!

Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft absolut sauber, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Erwan hat uns herzlich bei unserer Ankunft empfangen. Das Haus liegt ganz wunderbar, ganz nah am Meer und hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, sehr freundlich und offen, die gesamte Kommunikation war ganz einfach wunderbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses sehr schöne Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Magnifique maison avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Très bien située, proche commerces et plage. La maison comprend tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Agréable cuisine ouverte, salon et salle à manger avec une très belle vue et très bien équipées. Literie au top et chambres spacieuses. Piscine chauffée et jacuzzi très agréables. Fabuleux !!!

Nous étions attendus à notre arrivée par notre hôte charmant qui nous a fait visiter la maison. Une maison neuve d'une propreté impeccable, parfaitement équipée et meublée. Il faut faire l'expérience de la literie : on essaie et on adopte pour chez soi... Maison à deux pas de la plage et trois pas du centre ville, au calme (ce qui est rare). On peut laisser la voiture au garage toute la durée du séjour, mais ce serait dommage, il y a plein de choses à voir et à faire dans les environs. ET....... nous avons eu 15 jours de soleil ! Bref, c'était au-delà de ce que nous avions envisagé. Merci encore à Erwan pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Ein in jeder Hinsicht wunderbares Haus, egal ob Lage, Ausstattung. Aussicht oder Einrichtung. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in 10 Min. zu erreichn. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es in der Umgebung viel anzusehen. Vielen Dank an Familie Le Coz!

Perfect holiday!

We (4 adults and three kids aged 8 and 11) had the best time. The house is very new and clean and well-equipped. The kids had hours of fun on the trampoline and in the jacuzzi. The adults also loved the ping pong table. Our host was great giving many suggestions about where to eat and what to do.

TRES BELLE MAISON ET TRES BEAU LIEU

Très agréable maison, très bien équipée, avec un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants de 10 & 10 & 7 ans, qui ont pu profiter notamment du trampoline et de la table de ping-pong. La maison et terrasse ont une vue magnifique. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, et le centre à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous recommandons.
