The house is surrounded by a garden with relaxation areas and a barbecue area with a porch. Appartement dans maison ancienne située dans une région magnifique

La maison date de plusieurs siècles et a été parfaitement rénovée selon les attentes d'aujourd'hui (wifi, lave-linge). Le jardin est merveilleusement entretenu et offre un cadre idyllique pour se reposer ou dîner en famille. La beauté des paysages et des petites villes des Marches et la proximité des plages (à 10 min en voiture) sont à noter. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, conseillés sur la région (restaurants notamment) et sommes ravis de ce séjour.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben in der Casa la Concia einen tollen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit allem Wissenswerten vertraut gemacht. Man erhält eine Ermäßigungskarte für den nahen Supermarkt, was beim Einkauf sehr praktisch ist. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar nicht direkt am Meer, aber die Strände des Conero (Stein oder Sand - je nach Vorliebe) sind mit dem Auto alle rasch und bequem erreichbar. Für unseren Nachwuchs (15 und 12 Jahre alt) war natürlich auch die kostenlose WIFI-Box zum Surfen im Internet essentiell.
