The perfect place to relax

We absolutely loved our stay at Giovannis lovely apartment. The house sits on a quiet street with easy access to a great swimming spot and also close to some nice sandy beaches nearby. The apartment was very well kept and looked exactly like the photos. We especially loved the big balcony and the well stocked kitchen. All in all we loved our stay and would be happy to return.

Wundervolle Abschlusswoche in Apulien

1 Woche haben wir, meine Partnerin und ich, in diesem sehr schönen Apartment von Giovanni und Sabrina verbracht und genossen. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit großem Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das nur wenige Meter entfernte Meer. Die Durchfahrtsstraße zwischen Haus und Meer stört so gut wie überhaupt nicht. Die schönen Strände sind nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Ganz besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Strand "Lido Fontanelle". Da wir Anfang Oktober hier waren, war die Umgebung inkl. Strand sehr ruhig und relativ menschenleer. Leider haben wir eine Woche erwischt, in der fast ständig stärkerer bis sehr starker Wind war, was auf Dauer nicht angenehm war. Dafür lagen die Temperaturen immer um die 21-25 Grad. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanni und Sabrina war vor unserer Ankunft und zum Check-in sehr sympathisch und herzlich! Meine Partnerin hat bei unserer Ankunft von Sabrina den apulischen Glücksbringer, den Pumo, geschenkt bekommen - was für eine wundervolle Geste! Auch hierfür ganz ganz herzlichen Dank, Giovanni und Sabrina! Wir hatten insgesamt eine richtig tolle Woche! :-)

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit gutem Blick

Wohnung wsr beschrieben, nur leider war in der dritten Septemberwoche in dem Ort schon fast alles zu. Der Blick vom Balkon ist toll, leider ein bisschen beeinträchtigt durch die wirklich vielen Strassenlaternen.

Ferienwohnung mit super Meerblick

Die FeWo ist sehr nett eingerichtet, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sind auf Hinweise eingegangen.(Haben auf Nachfrage sofort einen Ventilator bekommen). Sehr schöne Badestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Der einzige Minuspunkt, die Straße vor der Haustür ist stark befahren, auch bis spät in die Nacht.

Bedenken Sie auch, dass Ihre Buchung mit einer der beiden zentralen Wochen der Sommerperiode zusammenfiel. Einfach herrlich

Oft ist es so, dass die Bilder auf der Buchungsplattform schöner sind, als in Wirklichkeit. Hier, bei Sandra und Giovanni, war das nicht so. Die Unterkunft war genau so, wie angegeben. Ein wunderschönes Appartement mit einem umwerfenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Eine Ausnahme gibt es jedoch; das Foto von dem Holzsteg ins Meer, da sieht es aus, als wäre dieser weiter weg als er tatsächlich ist. Zu diesem Steg geht man maximal, wenn man langsam geht, eine Minute, nicht länger. Sandra und Giovanni sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die sich um ihre Gäste mit Tipps und Ratschlägen kümmern. Die süditalienische Gastfreundschaft, die ehrlich und freundlich beim Gast ankommt, spiegelt sich in den beiden Gastgebern wider. Dank dieses wunderbaren Appartements, dank diesen tollen Gastgebern und dank dieser wunderschönen Region, hatten wir einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub. (Übrigens, Sandra ist die Innenausstatterin der Appartements) Danke, liebe Sandra und Danke, lieber Giovanni.

Io e le mie due figlie abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni meravigliosi. La casa è come da foto, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e mantenuta in perfetto stato La terrazza ha affaccio diretto sul mare e regala tramonti fantastici (per non parlare della luna che si specchia e fa brillare l'acqua) Personalmente nella ricerca dell'alloggio avevo in testa solo spiagge di sabbia bianca (oltre che di mare cristallino) ovvero le tipiche spiagge Salentine - La spiaggia di Torre San Giovanni (a mio parere la più bella) si raggiunge in 12 min di macchina Beh il tratto di costa di fronte alla casa è di scogli (l'accesso all'acqua è tramite una bella passerella in legno), ma credetemi che, dopo aver passato le giornate in spiagge sabbiose (noi siamo da lido attrezzato, sdraio confort ecc), rientrare a casa e fare ancora un tuffo all'ora che vuoi, non ha prezzo E' infatti capitato di svegliarmi prima delle 7 (a casa non succede, secondo me si tratta di un richiamo del mare:)) e senza prima far null'altro di scendere le scale e via ... un bel tuffo! Ancor più bello tuffarsi poco dopo il tramonto, quando tutti sono già saliti ma c'è ancora un poco di chiarore Non posso far a meno di ringraziare l'Host, Il Sig Giovanni e sua moglie, per la cura, la gentilezza, la disponibilità dimostrate verso noi ospiti

Top terrazzo fronte mare

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento pulito e molto curato nei piccoli particolari, arredato con gusto, anche cromatico. Letto con materasso confortevole e scelta cuscini. La biancheria è a pagamento previo accordo con il sig. Giovanni. Bagno finestrato e ampio box doccia. TOP: il terrazzo attrezzato, con zona solarium dove potersi rilassare e poter mangiare all'aperto gustandosi dei tramonti emozionanti! Apprezzatissima Vista mare anche attraverso la grande porta finestra da sdraiati in camera . Necessaria la macchina per spostamenti. Zona comodissima per raggiungere le più belle spiagge del Salento. A 500 mt di distanza inizia un bel percorso da poter effettuare a piedi lungo diversi chilometri sempre a ridosso del mare. Per accedere all'appartamento c'è una scala esterna illuminata. Abbiamo mangiato spesso c/o Pizzeria ristorante Azzurra che consiglio per tutte le pietanze e le ottime birre! Molto consigliato.

Schönes Apartment

Sehr nettes und modern eingerichtetes Apartment in toller Lage. Direkt gegenüber gibt es bis Ende September einen Holzsteg, von dem man direkt ins tiefblaue Meer springen kann. Und vom Balkon aus haben wir abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge gesehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Giovanni, dem Vermieter, war super. Ein Wäschepaket (Bettwäsche/Handtücher) wird für 35 Euro pro Person auch bereitgestellt (wenn man z.B. mit dem Flieger anreist). Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir aber dennoch: Die Küche war mit Geschirr und Töpfen/Pfannen gut ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte es uns ein bisschen an anderen Küchenutensilien wie Flaschenöffner/Korkenzieher oder Pfannenwender. Aber insgesamt ist das Apartment eine Empfehlung!

Wir versuchen, alle Ratschläge und Vorschläge zu befolgen, um den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste immer weiter zu verbessern. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Geräten ausgestattet, einige Utensilien befinden sich in einer ausziehbaren Schublade unter der Küchenplatte. Während der Rezeptionsphase war es unsere Vergesslichkeit, Ihnen die Schublade nicht zu zeigen, die eigentlich schwer zu bemerken ist. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Giovanni und seine Familie sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Magnifique

Emplacement idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer et à 5mn des commerces et restaurants. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue. Propriétaire très gentil et accueillant.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Apulien verbracht und die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage war perfekt, gleich gegenüber ein Einstig ins glasklare Wasser, in 10 Min am Strand. Man ist super schnell im Ort mit kleinem Hafen, Restaurants und Geschäften. In der Umgebung gibt es einige kleine und große Städte, die man erkunden kann. Für uns eine perfekte Mischung aus Erholung und Entdecken. Giovanni und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns mit vielen Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps versorgt. Sie waren auch vor Ort immer ansprechbar und haben sich toll um uns gekümmert. Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es für das Inserat. Die Preise für Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Klimaanlage sind leider nicht explizit ausgewiesen. Das sollte nachgeholt werden. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Prima volta in Salento

Posizione fantastica, host gentilissimo. Appartamento molto bello e arredato con gusto. Se proprio devo menzionare una piccola pecca è che l’annuncio non indica ( perlomeno io non l’ho notato ) che la lavatrice è posizionata al pianterreno all’esterno e condivisa.

Ottimo appartamento curato in tutti i dettagli. Terrazza con vista mozzafiato sul mare aperto con tramonti fantastici cosa chiedere di più ? Tutto il resto sono piccoli dettagli assolutamente trascurabili.
