Lovely cottage, some tweaks required

We liked the cottage very much -- it's characterful and tastefully done up. It's mostly very comfortable and well-equipped, though there is an almighty draught that comes through the letter box! Previous guests had raised issues about recycling, the wobbly bannister and taps etc. that have not been addressed. Our main issue was parking: we had been told that there was a "designated" space opposite, but there isn't: sometimes it's available, but usually we had to park elsewhere.
