About this property

Beachfront Condo on best hidden beach on Oahu

Updated condo with all of the conveniences for a relaxing beach vacation (most importantly a beachfront spot on THE most under-rated beach on Oahu). I am from Hawaii and I was stunned when I first discovered this beach and loved it so much that I had to buy a property here. The condo features a full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals, updated shower, spacious lanai so that you can watch whales migrate over your coffee and enjoy the incredible sunsets over wine. The apartment comes stocked with all of the beach going supplies you need (chairs, snorkels, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards, etc.). Just bring your swimsuit! I am an attentive owner and have family near the condo, if the need arises. My hope is that people get to know this side of the island and can see some of the hidden corners that still reflect the real Hawaii. I wish I could live in this condo but for the time being, enjoy it for me!

Coming home never felt so good before

As an island boy born and raised here on Oahu, coming home for the first time in over two years, it was the greatest feeling ever. My heart is full again from family and friends. A whole month just doesn't seem long enough. Even during my stay did the islands get their yearly dump of heavy rains and Keala was quick to check in and see if I was alright. Honestly, the unit took it like a champ. It was so much fun watching the high winds and surf tossing on to the shore. Let's put it this way, I'm so happy with this place I'm watching to see if a unit pops up for sale at some point because I would love to have a place to come home to whenever I get a chance. All in all, I love the place.

Best Place on the Island

This was our 8th year in a row of renting a one bedroom apartment in this building. This unit was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. Especially the glass wall that opened up to the ocean was spectacular. Have already booked the same place for next year!

just what we needed

A basic clean condo right on the beach. Not a neighborhood with fancy restaurants or night life, but what we like to do is swim in the ocean and hike on the ridges. Saw whales, monk seals, dolphins and lots of turtles. Good for snorkeling when the surf is down and playing in the waves when the surf is up. It was perfect for us.

Charming with all essentials

This condo is very simple, yet has almost everything that you need. It is located on a beautiful, white sandy beach in Makaha, far from crowds. You will not be catered to as a tourist in this area however. There are a few good restaurants and activities, but you have to look for them, and drive a bit! It suited us very well. The condo is clean and well-stocked for the traveler who wants to cook some meals in their home away from home.

Best beach in all of Hawaii (shhh, it’s a secret)

This unit has everything we needed to allow us to enjoy the sand, surf and sun on the best beach we’ve ever been too. The location is somewhat isolated so if peace and quiet is on your vacation list then this is the place for you.

Wonderfull time in a great place !

We rent the condo for our three weeks trip on Ohau and everything was perfect ! We enjoyed the beautyfull view from the condo and the quiet family beach. We really appreciate having all the beaches stuff provided as a cooler, beach chair, mask and tuba, etc... we just felt we always had all we need to have a great time during our day trip around Ohau or just at the condo. We went all around Ohahu island and Makaha beach is one of the most beautyfull place to stay. Keala and her mother Debbie was very kind, helpfull and did everything to accomode our family. We plan to come back next year and i won't hesitate to recommand this place.

Beautiful ocean view

This condo is right on one of the most beautiful beaches on Oahu. Fall asleep to the sound of waves in your bed. The unit is a little ways away from the city, but if you are looking to escape the traffic and cars this is the place for you. There is a bit of noise from the road in the front part of the condo, but the bed area is quiet and you only hear the waves. Would rent again!
