Renovated old house with large garden and swimming pool (unheated) ideally located in the village center, near beaches with family character (the Boirie) or sports (the huts) and the marina.
Large entrance overlooking the street, vestibule, toilets.
Large living space on the ground floor (south facing) with bay window overlooking the garden.

Fully renovated kitchen early 2018, back kitchen. Fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and very well equipped (small appliances, dishes and all necessary utensils)
On the first floor 5 bedrooms with double beds plus a landing room, two bathrooms, two toilets
Second, large dormitory with 4 single beds
Partially grassed garden with outdoor dining awning (large teak table, armchairs and chairs).

Fully secured swimming pool (8mx5m), professionally maintained, with roller shutter summer cover
