Small house of 60 m2 on two levels with beautiful sea view, south facing terrace and flower garden. On the ground floor, living room with open kitchen renovated in 2012, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet renovated in 2012, living room with stove, sofa. Two French windows with direct access to the terrace. On the floor: mezzanine with double bed and corner office, room with bed 160.
Equipment: induction hob, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.
Very calm.

Logement fonctionnel et bien localisé dans ce très beau coin de la côte de Jade.

Séjour agréable dans ce logement fonctionnel adapté à nos besoins et bien localisé près des plages dans un quartier calme.

Magnifique littoral, calme et force des éléments.

Pornic est vraiment un très bel endroit. Un beau sentier longe le littoral et offre d'agréables promenades. La maison est bien située, dans un quartier calme. Proche de la plage. La location est toutefois un peu chère et n'offre pas tout le confort attendu. Chaises de cuisine pas confortables, manque de casseroles, escalier bruyant et raide. Ne convient pas aux jeunes enfants. Manque de finitions. Nous avons cependant passé un agréable séjour.

La location ne correspondait pas à la présentation. Elle n'a rien d'une charmante petite maison comme précisée sur l'annonce. D'ailleurs cet adjectif a été depuis retiré par la propriétaire. Odeur de rouille mouillée... Inadaptée pour des personnes plus âgées. J'espère récupérer l'acompte que j'ai versé ayant dû trouver une autre location
