Architect designed holiday cottage high located on a 2650 m² large natural plot overlooking Limfjorden and the small island Livø. Ground floor has separate kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has i.a. cooker and dish washer. The adjacent dining room has plenty of room. The ground floor also has bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. From the ground floor you have access to the large pool room with large window sections which make it very bright and warm. 1st floor has a spacious bedroom with double bed and there is a double extra bed in the living room. TV with international channels and stereo with CD player. Also guest bathroom with toilet and sink. From the balcony on 1st floor you have great views of the Limfjorden and Livø. The plot has many sheltered nooks and a cosy pavilion where you can relax and enjoy the view.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
