Our property in St Andrews is for the use of a full house with additional Conservatory and also a relaxing outdoor very private lawned Garden and patio !
The layout of the cottage consists of the following -As you enter on the ground floor into the entrance hall there is a newly fitted kitchen (March 2025 )with a fridge,microwave,cooker,dishwasher and washing machine as well as a small convenient two seater table .Also on the ground floor the cottage features a comfortable separate cozy furnished lounge with free high speed BT Broadband internet and free WiFi.
Our TV and sound system includes a luxury BOSE sound bar with the added feature of ALEXA!
The system supplies hundreds of popular TV channels including numerous Free worldwide Sport and Movie channels!
An added feature off the lounge is the small under stair office space / storage room and most popular with our guests is the inviting Dining Conservatory which seats up to six people comfortably - here you can enjoy meals, reading, games, jigsaws, or just relaxing over a few drinks with fellow guests or why not move outside- if it’s warm enough to enjoy the private garden which it opens on to !
Upstairs on the first floor -you'll find two of our three bedrooms, all beds are made up with quality white cotton bed linens. The first bedroom (UK Kingsize bed -5 ft ) - this room is ideally situated right next to the family luxury shower room which was newly fitted in Feb 26 . Egyptian cotton towels are supplied for your use. The second bedroom is a Twin room .On the upper floor we have a third Double bedroom-this bedroom has its own attached bright shower room .
Our stone built cottage is positioned in North St which is one of the most charming quieter streets of the busy town-with the Cathedral and the fabulous world famous 'St Andrews Old Course' only a few minutes walk away! You are at the absolute centre of everything when staying here. It is located right opposite the University's famous St Salvator's Chapel and Quadrangle.
The harbour & Beautiful golden sandy beaches are only a 5-10 minute stroll away .
Undoubtedly-and always welcome bonus that comes with staying here especially after a long tiring day on the golf course or out and about sightseeing -has to be the surprisingly large outdoor space! Our delightful private garden (which is a fabulous sun trap)-is just perfect for relaxing out on the patio-this area makes for outdoor relaxing with a coffee in the morning or chill out with a few cold beers or nice bottle of wine . Out here is most suitable for friends /family/golf group to relax in -especially in the warmer summer months.

Out here we also have a large stone built lockable store -which can house golf clubs safely.The freezer is also in here for guest use if required ,please unplug and leave door open after use. A tumble dryer and drying rack which we also provide for our guests use -can be found in here too.
For local tourist information you just have to turn right and walk up the cobble stoned walkway to Market Street and you will see the Visit Scotland Information Shop.
This property is undoubtedly set in one of the best base locations in St Andrews-It’s a 1-2 mins walk away from absolutely everything you could possibly need-Sainsbury's,Nando's,Costas, Subway, Ice cream , coffee shops, gift shops ,Art Galleries, live Theatre, 3 screen Cinema (about to be converted into a super tourist venue by Tiger Woods & Justin Timberlake ) and a short stroll away are numerous warm welcoming friendly pubs.
You'll be spoiled for choice with so many delicious Restaurants being just a few minutes away.There is something on offer nearby for absolutely everyone!
