Villa Chiara - feel home away from home

Villa Chiara is a new, elegant and refined house composed by two queen-size chabby-chic bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. In the cosy living-room one of the sofa can open into a double bed. Therefore the villa can guest up 8 people. It has a smart new kitchen and four bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy the shadow of the olive trees or sunbath or have a quiet meal. In the garden there are also a barbecue and 4 sunbeds.
It takes only 2 minutes by car to reach the beautiful town of Salò and its beaches. Nearest restaurants are a few steps from the house.

It is a semi-detached house but with completely independent entrance.
The garden is private. There are a barbecue and also four sunbeds.
It has one private garage. You can park also in the front garden . Next to the house there is a large free parking, if you arrive with more cars.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, nett eingerichtet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, auch für 2 Pkw. Wenn man Hilfe braucht, ist Valentina umgehend zur Stelle. Das Haus liegt nicht in abgeschiedener Ruhe, von der nahen Hauptverkehrsstraße hört man hauptsächlich etwas, wegen des Fahrstils italienischer Motorradfahrer.

Great place to stay

The property was spacious and very clean. We had five people staying here and found the house gave us all the space we needed. There was ample private parking space and the facilities were good, the location near the local village was excellent for walking, shopping and that lovely morning Italian coffee. The drive down into Salo itself was quick and easy and the mountain views something to remember. We enjoyed our stay at this property and would come again if we return to this area of Italy in the future. Valentina was also a really excellent host who was really helpful in giving us pointers, especially before our stay.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Es handelt sich um ein schönes Reihenendhaus mit Tiefgarage so dass man mit dem Fahrzeug unmittelbar im Keller des Hauses landet. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Viel Platz zum wohlfühlen. Eine Sonnenterrasse für das Frühstück. Den Garten könnte man schöner gestalten. Die Betten sind perfekt. Valentina ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen. Von Salo aus kann man den See gut erkunden! Ciao

Haus in Salo

Das Haus in Salo entspricht genau der Beschreibung des Objektes. Es ist sehr groß, gut aufgeteilt und noch sehr neu. Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar da und jeder hatte genügend Privatsphäre. Die Kommunikation mit Valentina hat wunderbar funktioniert. Das Einzige, was man wissen muss, das Haus liegt oberhalb von Salo, dafür sind aber Einkaufsmärkte nur wenige Meter entfernt. Da wir mit den Fahrrädern da waren, war es für uns prima. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.
