P3369 - Distant only 10 meters from the sea shore. Unrepeatable location, fantastic views and sunsets. You can throw a stone in the sea water while eating in the terrace. only “noise” you can hear is… the soft sea waves. Stair to the beach just by villa gate. Suitable for up to 2 people the apartment is so composed: one bedroom, 1 bathrooms, kitchen, a spectacular veranda on the waterfront with barbecue. Very comfortable for a couple

Apartments are comfortable and completely renovated, all of them furnished with terrace or balcony, and are suitable for children. In the apartment there is WIFI. At few minutes you can find food shops, bars, restaurants and sport camps. From the property you can easily reach in 5 minutes the center of the medieval Bosa town, and Alghero through a scenic road, with the sea to the left side and the famous Malvasia Vineyard Hills to the other. Alghero airport is just one hour drive, and all other Sardinia Airports and ports are within 90 minutes drive.
