Lovely cottage n 3 on the beautiful sea of the Gulf of Policastro
The house is within a beautiful garden of eucalyptus and pine trees with shaded private parking, outdoor showers, bbq, two gates lead directly to the sea which is 20 meters away. 4 Sails given in 2018 to the sea of the Policastro Gulf by Legambiente. The balcony is accessed from the external staircase, the space below is all free to rest, play, read, have lunch. The villas are suitable only for 2 adults and up to 2 small children, the environment is quiet and always refreshed by the breeze of the mistral. The village center is a 15-minute walk away. The washbasin placed in a separate room is in common. Each villa has its own TV, deck chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The stay begins and ends on Saturday.
