Casa Maria Nuova (140 sqm) is an ancient rural stone villa built according to the characteristic style of the ancient farmhouses of Cortona. It develops on 2 levels and 2 other annex buildings are used as laundry and Limonaia.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden rich in flowers and plants where you can enjoy peaceful moments of relaxation immersed in the colors and smells of the Tuscan countryside.

You access the ground floor directly from the garden: here you can find the living area composed of a spacious living room with fireplace and sofas, a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden. On the first floor you find the sleeping area which you reach through a beautiful internal staircase or directly from the outside complete with loggia.
