Die Wohnung war geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die Wohnung selbst war gepflegt, der Vorplatz hätte etwas besser gestaltet sein können und die Sitzmöglichkeiten könnte man austauschen, da bei den Holzstühlen Teile der Streben angebrochen waren.Was insgesamt fehlte, war eine Anleitung für den Betrieb der technischen Anlagen (z.B. WLAN-Passwort war auf irgend einem Zettel, eine Anleitung für den Backofen, der m.E. nicht richtig funktionierte)Was besonders störend war, dass im Bad das Warmwasser nicht regulierbar war, entweder war es kalt oder man hat sich verbrannt. Also ganz schnell duschen bevor das zu heiße Wasser kam. So wie die Leitungen im Keller aussahen, wurden zwar die Wasserhauptleitung getauscht, aber nicht die Zuleitung des Wassers zum Bad. Ich vermute, das diese völlig zugerostet war und deshalb nicht ausreichend Kaltwasser im Bad ankam.Das Haus wurde mit Pool beworben, der nicht existiert, was für uns kein Problem war, weil wir so etwas sowieso nicht nutzen.Für den Preis war es okay.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Belvilla by Oyo in Cortona war ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Das Haus versprühte einen herrlichen rustikalen Charme mit antiken Details, die es zu einem echten italienischen Refugium machten. Besonders angetan waren wir vom großzügigen Garten, in dem wir abends grillten und den atemberaubenden Blick auf den Trasimenischen See genossen. Die Lage war perfekt für uns, da wir so nahegelegene Städte wie Montepulciano und Castiglione del Lago erkunden konnten. Die Vermieter waren zudem unglaublich herzlich und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Ich kann die Unterkunft Familien und allen, die sich in der wunderschönen toskanischen Landschaft erholen möchten, wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses und des Inventars sind schmeichelhaft. Besonders die Küche ist sehr enttäuschend. Viele Ameisen in der Küche. Auch die Hygiene war enttäuschend. Der Schlüsselhalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber das konnte nicht alle Mängel ausgleichen.
