VILLA DELLE STELLE

Villa delle Stelle is a modern villa surrounded by a luxuriant garden of autochthonous plants and lawn situated just 1 km from the enchanting village of Scopello with its restaurants and small shops. The villa is spread over a single floor. You can access inside from the living room with a modern kitchen corner, dining table and chairs and sofa bed. The sleeping area is made up of one double bedroom with a pool view and a twin bedroom. At guests' disposal, even a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

The kitchen overlooks a covered patio equipped with a dining table and chairs for alfresco lunches or dinners.

The 5x8 swimming pool adjacent to the villa has a large solarium in natural stone paving with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A charcoal barbecue is also available to guests.

Near the pool, you will find a relaxation area with a Jacuzzi and sofas.

The villa is 800 mt from the supermarket. The nearest beach, "I Faraglioni" is 1.2 km from the villa while the public beach of Guidaloca is 2 km away. The enchanting Zingaro Reserve is 3 km away. The villa's location allows guests to easily reach the main attractions on foot.

Fantastic villa in beautiful Scopello

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property manager was lovely and so helpful. The villa was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Scopello is a beautiful little village with great restaurants with some fantastic views. The pool and gardens were well cared for and the property would definitely be one that we would return to in future and we will recommend to friends and family.

Great location

I would recommend this property. We had a great time. The good - perfect location, pictures don’t do it justice, distant sea views, beautiful and varied landscape, surrounded by olive trees. The environment in this part of Sicily is stunning - house comfortable (but see below). Air Conditioning high quality and quiet - a real must when overnight temperatures were +30 degrees - very easy to walk to Scopello to eat/socialise. Very beautiful village. Great that you don’t have to drive. Some high quality restaurants. We ate brilliantly - property managers, Eliana and Vitalba were BRILLIANT and super helpful. They use WhatsApp to communicate. Very responsive indeed. Great recommendations for eating and things to do. High quality check in process. Big thanks to them for making our stay so easy - From a ‘city’ perspective, it’s close to Palermo which is very cool. And to Trapani (an easier drive) which we really enjoyed, went their a couple of times in the evening to eat and stroll Areas to consider - beaches not really walkable due to heat and busy road (do explore the ones across field from supermarket as opposed to crowded and expensive Scopello beach) - generally underwhelmed with the beaches on this part of the coast. They are VERY beautiful but small, very crowded and mainly stones. This is obviously a very subjective view (you can get sand at Castellamare which is close but traffic ridden) It must be said though that the coastal scenery generally is stunning wherever you are - the house markets itself as a 4-6 person property. We were 5 - 2 adults, 3 teenage kids. In my opinion 6 people is a stretch both from a space and a bathroom/toilet (there is only one) perspective. 4 people could stay here very comfortably indeed though - it could do with some extra cutlery and crockery (2 cereal bowls in a 6 person house ….). - in my opinion, a mid stay clean (not included) would be appropriate for a property in this price range Tried to make the above useful for those considering the property. Overall would highly recommend.
