About this property

Central snowdonia location for family get-togethers, birthdays and reunions

Imposing three story property just off the Eldon Square in the heart of Dolgellau. Ground Floor has two easy access en-suite bedrooms one being a disabled room with an electric bed. Dining to seat over 40 with french doors out on to an enclosed patio area with BBQ's and six picnic tables. The fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for group catering. Two double ovens, twin hobs, three large fridge freezers and two dishwashers. Lounge has full Sky TV package with all the sports which can be directed through a projector. Loads of sofas plus a games area with a pool table, fussball and a shuffleboard table.
Upstairs there are 8 more en-suites and 7 other bedrooms that can be set up as double or twin plus a children's room with four solid bunk beds. A number of the rooms have the option for a third 'trundle' bed if a 'family' room is required. Two travel cots and two high chairs are also available. There are 5 family bathrooms too.

Anniversary celebration

The property was fantastic, besroome alot bigger than expected , beds comfortable, and orobably the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. Being a large gathering it was ideal and plenty of space. We all loved the huge dining area and the boys lived the pool table and games. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely setting for a celebration. The youngest there was 9 and the eldest 90 and they y loved it. Thankyou

Brilliant Big Party Base

The house is located right in the middle of Dolgellau a pleasant and friendly town with lots of amenities It’s a great base for outdoor activities. The house is perfect for large parties. The kitchen and large dining room were the go to for the adults and the lounge and games room for the kids. There is parking outside the property for 3-4 cars and the owner had thoughtfully provided 10 passes for the nearby long-stay car park. The house and location are one. we’d happily return to.

Why they chose this property

Outstanding natural beauty! Dolgellau is surrounded by the mountains of the southern Snowdonia range. A river runs through it. If you are getting the whole family together you need space and quality surroundings. Too many people find family get-togethers emotionally draining and try to get it over with quickly as possible. Don't. Pick a place that is designed for purpose and has space for everyone to get together or spend time away from it as they choose. Pick a place that has space for the kids (of all ages) to do their thing. Don't just pick up the cheapest, smallest place and cramming people in. Pick a Huge Holiday Home which gives 4* Hotel accommodation but YOU are in charge!
