Side access out to the sunny private garden offers a great excuse to while away the day with a good book on the sun loungers or with a chilled glass of wine and sunset supper, to the lake view dining terrace.

The first floor of the duplex is reached by a flight of open tread stairs and offers equally stylish and welcoming accommodation. Couples can easily enjoy a tempting lie in to the double bed of the lake view master bedroom, whilst children can easily relax to the second bedroom, practically furnished with a modern twin bed.

Two contemporary shower rooms offer a suitably chic accompaniment to the spacious sleeping arrangements.

The nearby lakeside of Bellano offers a host of modern day amenities including shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The frequent train service is great for those looking to explore Lecco and Milan, whilst the car and passenger ferry service in Varenna can easily be reached just a 5 minute drive away.

As well as the water sports opportunities in Bellano, guests can easily enjoy tree top climbing at the Jungle Raider Park or an afternoon of sightseeing at Villa Monastero and Castello di Vezio, before an authentic evening meal out in pretty Varenna!

The central lake ferry service from Varenna offers convenient access to the delights of beautiful Bellagio, the Lido and picturesque charm of Menaggio and the restaurants and villa attractions along the Tremezzina shore.

Aside from water sports and sightseeing, guests can also enjoy hiking, horse riding, tennis, golf, sailing, spa days, paragliding and even skiing at Piani di Bobbio and nearby Madesimo!
