Ground floor consists of open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Satellite TV FULL SKY TV PACKAGE), DVD player, and CD. Kitchen area equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine. Dining table seats 6 and a breakfast bar with stools available in the kitchen area. There is a twin bedroom and shower room on the ground floor so suitable for disabled or those with who have difficulty with stairs.

Queensize bedroom with ensuite shower/bath room and walk in wardrobe on 1st floor. 2 further bedrooms (twin bedroom and also a double bedroom) and a full main shower room with walk in shower, are located on the first floor, with a lovely terrace situated off the main bedroom. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, which is included in the price. A baby cot and/or fold down bed or high chair can be provided on request for an extra fee.
