Pernera is a fantastic up-and-coming family resort with plenty of high quality bars and restaurants with a couple of minutes walk. The local beaches, 2 minutes away, have been awarded 'blue flag status' with gently shelving beaches and crystal clear seas, perfect for scuba and snorkeling, PADI dive centres are nearby as are all the water sports. Pernera is all about family and safety with lots of entertainment and fantastic food - but non of the raucous themed bars which can be found in nearby Protaras and Ayia Napa should that be required. Crystal Blue Lagoon is central in this fantastic contemporary private gated development, with the family in mind. Central heating for those quiet winter breaks, air-conditioning in all rooms, private garden 100sgm, with Gazebo, external dining and barbecue, lots of space to lounge around the pool. Everything you want - even beach towels! You will not want to leave!

This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. Thank you for a luxurious couple of weeks we all can’t wait to come back to your amazing villa - wish you & your family the best Sue & Family

Great property and location.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights at the end of May. The property was very clean and was very well stocked. We loved the pool and the two gazebos which we regularly used. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the bars and restaurants in Pernera, close to the beach and the bus stop for trips into Protaras. The owner Gabriel was great to deal with. We had a small minior issue, but this was sorted straight away. This was the 4th time we have stayed in a villa in Pernera and this was certainly the best villa we have stayed in.

Great place, great and hospital owners, in reality everything looks better than in pictures :) House is fully equipped with all kitchen supplements. Location is also good as there is a seaside pedestrian area where you can go for a walk along the seaside, there is a supermarket nearby for basic things. Pool is just great, one side is 0,95 cm depth so suitable even for smaller children, our 4-7 year old children enjoyed it a lot, another side of the pool is 1,55 cm depth. The yard is just fantastic, so nice and relaxing! Wi-fi is very good even outside :) Neighbours are also nice, they have given us lemons from their lemon tree :) in few words we enjoyed the place a lot and would love to come back!

Fantastic Villa

There is only one word for this villa FANTASTIC the photos do not do it justice. Every detail has been thought of, the villa is spotless inside & out. The hosts Gabriel & his wife are thoughtful & kind & cannot do enough to ensure you enjoy your holiday. The pool is lovely & has steps down into it (not one of those horrible steel ladders) so is safe for children. There are 2 gazebos one with table & chairs for dinning & the other has a sofa & 2 arm chairs for relaxing. There is ample room to sit in the shade or if you prefer to lay in the sun there are 6 sun beds. The villa is in a perfect location just 2 minutes walk from local tavernas, shops & bars. In the other direction a 2 minute walk takes you to a lovely safe sandy bay with water sports & 2 tavernas. Although close to all amenities the villa is in a lovely quiet gated community. We have been holidays in Cyprus for the past 28 years & this villa is by far the best we have stayed in. We are looking forward to staying here again next September. Do not think twice if you are thinking of booking this villa you will love it.

Fabulous villa in a great location!

We had a fabulous 2 weeks staying in Gabriel's house. The villa was beautifully clean and really well equipped for a holiday house. The house and garden are really comfortably furnished. On arrival the fridge had been stocked with lots of water, some beers and a bottle of wine. We also had a full fruit bowl! Then during our stay Gabriel visited and brought with him a lovely gift of a meat & cheese platter with crackers and another bottle of lovely white wine, which was most unexpected but a really lovely gesture and most appreciated. Gabriel was really helpful from the first moment I contacted him, he booked our transfers for us and responded to any queries really fast both before we went and during our holiday. The location of the villa is fantastic too with 2 supermarkets practically on your doorstep and numerous, really great restaurants within walking distance - recommend La Cultura del Gusto & Mojito Bar, they were both fabulous! We had a fabulous time and hope to return again some time!

Luxury Villa Holiday 2018

A Brilliant time at this magnificent villa during September. It is more than a home from home. You relax as soon as you arrive and are made to feel special by the owners. It is so convenient for all facilities in the area and every one is very helpful. Fantastic holiday, shame it wasn't for longer.

Lovely house overlooking the harbour..........

The two bedroom property has all you need for a small family or two couples to enjoy a great holiday on Santorini. It is in a quiet location but is a great base to see the rest of this stunning island. Nearby are two or three restaurants, a small supermarket and a sandwich shop and a long strip of well maintained beach.

what a fantastic place this is!!!

we have stayed three times here now on family holidays, it really is that good, i have been here with various family members and all agree the villa is immaculate and everytime we leave it is so hard to fly home again,the villa is very well fitted out all the things you need for a stunning holiday,the kitchen area is very well planned and everything is provided right down to beach towels ,plastic utensils for pool area ,lots of clean bed linen the list could go on and on etc etc everything really. The villa itself is so spacious light airy ,well maintained, and very relaxing and so comfortable, the view on to the pool area and garden is beautifull especially at night time when all the trees are lit up around the garden and patio area, the bbq area with the outside seating is lovely ,and sitting out at night is very special ! the seating in the garden is so comfortable the garden does really make a big difference as some villas dont have such a thing, all the air con units are quiet and really do keep the place cool on very hot days . The pool is again excellent and well maintained and very clean at all times just right for cooling off as the sun shines on it all day and is lovely for a swim around 6pm, the garden area and pool area is sunny all day but there are two gazebos for the shade loving guests which is again ideal and very well thought about, the location is enviable, ideal in fact ,as it is located on a very quiet private street literally 5 mins walk to beach bars and restuarants and the pernera strip The owners are lovely people they will help with anything you might need or any advice on cyprus and the surounding area should you need it, they recomended a taverna in another village to us and we all agreed it was the best food, welcome and atmosphere we have ever had on any holiday There are lots of things to do in the area our highlights would be have a frappe in a local cafe visit misohoro tavern in deryneia and have a meze thanks Makis visit fig tree bay breakfast then beach eat at pinia local taverna the best mousaka we all had have a full english breakfast at the knights bar on pernera strip also lovely lunchtimes and a late drink visit the local churches there are plenty to have a look around go to the greek night at ifalos taverna atmosphere and good local food stay in the villa and have a night in, light the BBQ put the lights on and have a few gin and tonics and enjoy Ευχαριστώ Gabriel and andria

marvelous place

Staying on Villa Gabriel you will have everything for a perfect vacation: fully equipped kitchen with everything for cooking, baking and so on, comfortable three bedrooms upstairs, cozy garden where you can lay on the sun with your children playing in the shadow, pool and BBQ and plenty of different things which will make your stay superb! One beach on 5-min walking distance is better for morning, another one 15-min walking is better in the afternoon. Lots of restaurants on every taste, supermarkets, souvenirs, shops, kids zone are also very close; at the same time villa is in very silence calm place. Villa’s owner Gabriel is extremely kind, attentive and helpful. He and his family made our vacation unforgettable!

The property is just two minutes walk from the fabulous beach Pernera.
We love Pernera area because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Larnaca airport less than an hour drive away.

We are back in Ukraine but we still have in our hearts these marvelous days which we spent on Your beautiful villa! Everything was perfect and even better than we can imagine. Thank You very much!
I am sorry that on the last day I did not say You "good-bye"! You left just couple of minute before I came from my souvenir shopping:)
We are amazed with Cyprus and hopefully there will be time to come back to this paradise!
