Consider this villa your home away from home while you visit Pernera.

Our villa is situated on a private secured cul de sac, this beautiful property features 2 bedrooms, and is perfect for couples, or families, sleeping 4 people comfortably.

With air conditioning throughout to keep you cool, you'll feel right at home. The villa has its own private pool, garden, large sun lounging area, and on site parking. There is free WiFi and Smart TV.

A car isn’t necessary as you are only a 2 minute walk to the local shops, restaurants and bars, and the nearest beach is literally a 5 minute stroll from the front door to your feet in the sea!

A further 10 minute walk along the coastal promenade and you reach more Blue Flag beaches of Pernera Beach to the North, or Fig Tree Bay to the South.

Our villa manager will be in hand should you need anything during your stay, and our villa housekeeper will refresh your linen and towels mid stay for longer holidays.

Lovely place, very clean and tidy. The owner and staff that we met were very friendly and helpful.Just missing an umbrella for the table and chairs outside for a little shade while chillin' by the pool.Convenient for a few nice bars locally, and just a 15 minute walk to bars of Pernera high street.Overall, a place we definately plan to use again. Thanks.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor space was peaceful and private — exactly what we were hoping for.The location was ideal — close enough to local shops, restaurants, and beaches, but still quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made us feel very welcome.We would definitely return in the future. Highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Nice Semi Detached Villa

This villa is in good location on a nice complex.It is was well equipped and very clean inside.Good contact wth the owner Lee but never seen property manager or pool cleaner whilst there but was not a problem as know the area well.Only thing missing was a Parasol for outside table as the palm tree next door was cut back when we were there and that gave good shade, as the temperature hit over 35 degrees in our last few day's.

Why they chose this property

Pernera is a wonderful village which has everything you could need with some of the best restaurants and tavernas the island has to offer.

With Blue Flag beaches and connected via the seafront promenade to Paralimni marina to the north and Fig Tree Bay and Protaras to the south.

If you wish to have more entertainment Ayia Napa is only 10 minutes in a taxi, and if you want to experience old world village life, the culinary delights of the village of Sotira are again only a few minutes taxi away.

The area is also fantastic for Scuba diving and snorkeling, with over 5 Scuba diving schools in Pernera!

What makes this property unique

The perfect Location!!!

Our villa is on a small quiet private resort, has a private pool and sunlounge area, and is a 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach. Our favourite restaurant on the island is 2 minutes away!
