Lovely place to stay

Lovely 3 bedroom villa with all the amenities for a great holiday. Pool was in the sun most of the day but there was always a shady spot. Well equipped kitchen and air con in all the main areas.

Great Villa

The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay; easy check in and out process.The pool is smaller than expected but perfect for a few ball games, lilo chilling and cooling off in, it was lovely and clean.The field next door is now a construction site which caused a lot of noise and dust; we managed ok but this wasn't ideal. the property managers kindly provided a mid-stay clean to help with this which was much appreciated.The single beds are comfy but the double bed isn't so didn't get much sleep. Still, we had a great time, enjoyed the villa and were sad to leave.Both owner and property managers were fantastic.

Quiet and relaxing

The pace of living is very relaxed in the area, which was exactly what we were aiming for. The property was welcoming, fitted with all our plans and was just what we needed. Our thanks to everyone involved in the planning, maintenance and management of the property.

The property was a home from home. It had a lovely pool which was maintained very well. The villa was air conditioned and ideal for our needs. The downside would be that it needs a little sprucing up as it looked tired!

We really enjoyed our stay I this well equipped villa. Our children especially loved the pool. We had a few queries during in our stay all of which we answered promptly and effectively. Would highly recommended a stay in this villa it is a good location and our stay was made better by the care and attention of the teams managing the villa.

We loved the villa, it was clean and all the rooms where well proportioned. The communication with Mr Chavda was great, he always responded quickly. The local agent was also very helpful.

Pernera Bay holiday

Stunning modern villa in a great location. Once you find the short cuts it’s ten mins walk to the centre for bars and restaurants. Beach is a further 10 mins walk. The villa had everything we needed and more so well equipped they have thought of everything The only negative pool and outside area very dirty but we got on with it. Katie the host was brilliant even got me a cab sorted really helpful

We very much enjoyed our stay at villa anjali which was spotlessly clean, we understood that building works were taking place however, we didn’t realise that our view from the villa was backing straight onto the building that work was taking place. In light of that though we still had a superb holiday and scheduled our times out around the workmen which was no problem for us - once the building works are complete it will be a supberb villa. The location was great but need a car if you want to see the sights and beaches on this beautiful part of Cyprus Some ideas for a more pleasant stay would be a cool bag to take out on trips to the beach, better lighting for evenings and the lighting outside did not work around the pool area etc which would have given the villa a better ambience The management company were very helpful and left us a beautiful bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine , whenever there was an issue they were there for us for example the WiFi password was wrong in the information folder and they were straight onto it Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Excellent property

This villa is absolutely beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need, even a change of sheets in the wardrobes if you are staying for two weeks. Plenty of sunbathing areas & a wonderful pool which is cleaned regularly for you. Katie the agent is a complete star & can arrange or advise on anything & is always available should you have a problem. I loved the fact that high chairs are included but sad the baby wasn’t 😉 In my opinion hiring a car is a good idea unless you are an avid walker. We had one issue which was rectified immediately, service is impeccable from the host & the agent & cannot be faulted.

Fantastic holiday villa

Anjali Villa is spacious and an ideal home from home. We settled in very quickly thanks to the great facilities which included all appliances in good working order. The Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine were all especially welcome. The pool is lovely and cleaned every few days by a friendly and non-intrusive bunch of guys. Similarly, a friendly cleaner came around once a week in order to refresh linen and do a thorough clean throughout. Although shops and restaurants are indeed walking distance, we found a car essential, especially during the fantastic hot weather that we enjoyed. This also allowed us to see more of the island, including Nicosia which is about an hour's drive away. Agia Napa is around 10 km from the villa where the local monastery and excellent waterpark are both worth a visit. Cape Grecko, between Protaras and Agia Napa, is breath-taking, especially at sun-set. The best local beach is Fig Tree Bay which is a short drive from the villa. For the very best local cuisine, head to Liopetri and the To Apxontiko Restaurant - about a 20 minute drive. Anjali's owner is a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful and professional.

Noisy building works on site behind the villa

We arrived and found out there was a building site in the area directly behind the villa which we knew nothing about the owner should of told us ( as had we of known we would not of booked ) but he kept quite never said a word just took our money.Come Monday morning at 6.50-7am and most mornings after for the next 7 days it started, we had to put up with a lot of noisy machinery ,cement pouring from large machines, banging, drilling throughout most of the day up until at least 4-5pm. We complained to the management company first, they basically told us to contact the owner as we had booked through him and not their site. He did apologise, and said there was work on at the very far end of the site which did not affect the villa (WRONG IT DID AFFECT THE VILLA, BECAUSE WE WERE IN IT AND HAD TO PUT UP WITH IT, AND WILL ONLY GET WORSE WHEN THEY BUILD CLOSER) apparently he said they had stopped for a few months, SO HE DID KNOW ABOUT THE BUILDING SITE, but was unaware that they’d started again as they were not informed by developer or authorities and obviously had no control over times dates etc and said he would of notified us had he known? He was trying to fob us off mentioning a section on house rules and disturbances outside of the property boundaries (THIS WASN'T JUST A SINGLE INCIDENT LIKE A HOUSE PARTY WHICH HAPPENED 2 DOORS DOWN) but a MAJOR affect on our holiday as we wanted a peaceful time due to ill health SO please be aware when booking this villa as he won’t tell you.

We are very sorry of your experience at Anjali Villa. At the time of your booking and for many months there were no building work going on. Please note that we are not made aware or in control of any building work outside of our boundary as we mentioned to you in our correspondence at the time of your stay. Unfortunately, we were made aware of this issue halfway through your holiday which made it difficult to find a short term rental for the remainder of your holiday. Had we been informed initially, an alternate accommodation could have been provided. Previous guests staying before and after yourself have not mentioned any noise issues while staying at Anjali Villa.

Nice villa for family vacation

Nice villa, fully equipped, great swimming pool, we enjoyed our stay. Few things can be improved: - for 14 days stay we didn’t receive cleaning service which was included; - no welcoming package, we should go to the market at night as we had late check in. - I’ve asked few time link at google maps, at the end we mark villa by ourselves ( now you can easily find it)

It’s all about Villa Anjali!

Wow. What can we say. The perfect villa. Some of the things we loved most about villa anjali beside the fact it was stunning and in a great location: • the range of the utensils which were provided was outstanding for a holiday villa and meant cooking was easy and enjoyable. • we made full use of the bbq that was provided. Skewers were included! As holiday makers of Cypriot origin this was of paramount importance to us. • Mr Chavda was always very helpful in returning my queries. It reassured us hughely - especially with the times that we travelled during the pandemic. • the agent was very prompt in dealing with our requests. They even bought us extra towels just to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely be staying at the villa again in the future. It really did make our holiday so special!

Lovely villa

we really enjoyed this holiday. the villa was perfectly situated and had all the amenites we needed. it was kept very nice and we had a lovely welcome hamper when we arrived. the beach and restaurants were all within walking distance and was very pleasurable. we will definitely return.

Well equipped villa in good location

After an 8 hour delay we were so pleased to finally reach the villa. It is exactly as described and was easy to find. It is in a residential area not too far from the main strip but you will need a car. The house has everything you need and the outside area is lovely. The owner and the managing agents were very helpful from first contact and we would certainly return.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday and the villa was lovely having everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool was lovely and inviting and maintained several times a week by the pool man. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone and always a good area within the garden to relax in the sun. A car is not necessary but we found it helpful. There are plenty of shops and restaurants that are within walking distance but the bigger supermarkets require a car. The local bakeries are a must for fresh bread and the kids loved the 'sausage rolls'. We mostly ate out and two restaurants I can recommend are The Red Indian in Protorus which does set menu's at reasonable prices and the staff our friendly. And Mr Cod a fish & Chip restaurant also in Protorus he serves the best fish & chips we've had for a long time. There is a barbeque in the garden if you prefer to eat at the villa also a decent cooker oven and microwave. Mr Chava the owner of the villa is really helpful and replies to messages promptly. We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and anyone else looking to holiday in Cyprus this has been one of the best holidays we've ever had. Thank you for everything.

Great stay

We had a lovely time at Villa Anjali. The photos are an accurate representation of how the villa looks. The management company were extremely helpful. We were so lucky to have beautiful weather at the end of October and there are some lovely beaches in Pernera - particularly for kids. We rented a car - and I think this is advisable - particularly if travelling with kids.
