Why they chose this property

A few years ago, having enjoyed a fantastic holiday in Cyprus, we decided to buy a property there. Since then, we have spent many happy family holidays in the country and have made lots of friends there.
We love Ayia Thekla because of the amazing contrasts in the area. Whilst you are only 5km from central Ayia Napa with its numerous bars and restaurants, you are also only a stone’s throw from the “real” Cyprus and small rural villages. The Troodos mountains are less than an hour away, and Larnaca airport approximately 35 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

The property is situated a 5 minute walk from a small beach, perfect for snorkelling, and a 10 minute walk from the larger Ayia Thekla beach which offers a range of water sports.
A local supermarket and Zafiri’s restaurant/bar, with Sky TV and free wireless wi-fi, is only a 2 minute drive away.
Waterworld, the island’s best waterpark, is a 3 minute drive and the famous Nissi beach only 5 minutes.
