Spectacular and bright studio of 40 m2 with balcony overlooking the Taoro Park and the mountain. It is located in a quiet area but close to the center of Puerto de La Cruz and only 5 minutes from Playa Jardín, Playa Chica and Punta Brava, these beaches are integrated in a beautiful environment with numerous gardens of endemic plant species. It is also close to the famous Loro Parque.

The capacity is 3 people. The bed is 150 x 190 and the other place would be the sofa-bed.
It has its own Internet + Wifi and TV with foreign channels (English, French, German and Italian). The kitchen is fully equipped.

The complex has 1 large pool and 2 smaller pools, solarium, tennis court, playground, restaurant - buffet, reading area, gardens.

Kleines Zimmer bit Balkon

Das Zimmer war gut für zwei Personen mit einem Doppelbett,kleiner Küche mit zwei Herdplatten und einer Waschmaschine und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche. Außerdem 1 kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen und zwei Wäscheleinen zum trocknen der Wäsche. Es war sauber aber wie halt typisch in Südländern hier und da Abnutzungs Erscheinungen. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen direkt um die Ecke die ersten Möglichkeiten zum Essen und einkaufen. Die Innenstadt ist auch nur einige 100 Meter weiter. Es war ein traumhaft traumhaften Urlaub bei bestem Wetter. mit

Siendo un apartamento pequeño tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Ubicación inmejorable si quieres conocer la parte norte de la isla. Y en Puerto de la Cruz el apartamento está a 5min a pie de la playa y del centro. Muy recomendable calidad / precio

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage

Leider machte die Corona-Krise einen dicken Strich durch die Rechnung ... aber das kleine Appartement kann da nichts dafür. Zu empfehlen!

What makes this property unique

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and only 5 min walk from Playa Jardín and 10 min walk to the historic center of Puerto de la Cruz, without having the noise of the center. The apartment is near the famous Loro Parque. Puerto de la Cruz has a great advantage, as being an essential point for travelling round the island of Tenerife with public transport. Therefor. having a rental car wouldn’t be a must. The bus station is just 10 min walk from the apartment and has a direct connection to the south airport and Teide.
