The apartment has a fantastic area to accommodate up to 4 people with every comfort, ideal for families, with 2 comfortable king beds and 2 bathrooms. All amenities from air conditioning to double glazing with soundproofing, a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with manual tiles, large and bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom complete with recovered old tiles.

The neighborhood of São Vicente
The connection to the surrounding area in one of the most authentic neighborhoods in the city, between the Castelo de São Jorge and Feira da Ladra, takes place in a compromise between the view over the historic city and the view over the city from the patios. From Graça to Alfama, the oldest in Lisbon since the Moors, São Vicente is right in the middle of history and tradition.

It is a hill that connects some of the most iconic buildings in our history, with one of the entrances to the old city the “Arco de São Vicente”, wonderful views over the Tagus River and a short distance from the city center - Baixa and Chiado.
Between the streets towards the Tagus River and the typical Fado cafés and houses, strolling and discovering this area is getting to know the genuine city. The adventure for the whole city begins with the charismatic electric 28 that stops right outside the door - the most famous.

Between natural light and the design of interior light, the serenity and purity of the spaces is complemented by the original materials of the old tiles and the solid wood floor.

> Check-in after 3 pm | Check-out - until 11am.
> Late check-in after 22h: 20 € additional.

We understand that unexpected delays occur on trips, so we just ask you to inform us to reorganize our schedule and not leave the apartment before we receive you. Please remember that we will be able to go to the apartment on purpose, so if you do not inform us in advance and we have to come back to check in later, an additional fee of € 20 will be charged.

> Smoking inside the apartment or building is not allowed.
> No party / meeting / entertainment of any kind.
> The apartment is in a residential building, so we kindly ask you not to make any noise after 10 pm.
> Please always lock the entrance doors when you enter and the windows when you are away from home.
> Do not leave the lighting and air conditioning lights on when you are not at home or when you are not needed. Me and the environment thank you!
> Subscription to pay-per-view channels is not allowed.
> Do not disconnect any connected devices in the house.
> Please do not move large pieces of furniture from their original place.
> Accidents happen, but please try to avoid them. If you can't and something happens to the apartment, make sure that I'm the first to know, so that I can find a solution right away.
> We love pets, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
> The trash must be left on the street, above the building, in the existing trash. Collection is daily from 9 pm to 11 pm (except on Sundays).

> Third party bookings by agents are not accepted.
> Reservation for family members is optimal - the confirmed guest will be responsible for the stay of his relatives.
> According to the Portuguese regulations and authorities (SEF), we need your personal information (name, passport or identity number, date of birth and nationality) before your stay or at check-in.
