Given the size (170 m2), it is an ideal apartment for family groups or friends. The owner's family lived there until a few years ago and still return to spend a few weeks there. The atmosphere is that of a cozy home, with everything you expect to find, from cooking tools to books to knick-knacks. It is very bright, with double exposure (which guarantees ventilation and aeration) and all the rooms have French windows overlooking balconies, decorated with potted plants typical of the place.
The area on which the building stands is immediately adjacent to Corso Italia, known for being the "living room" of Catania, the most important commercial artery of Catania, its "decuman", where the windows of the main shops overlook. The ancient historic center, with its characteristic markets, can be reached on foot, with a walk that from Via Umberto leads to Via Etnea, the "cardo", with its triumphal perspective on Etna, and Villa Bellini and its squares .
