Apartment in Calahonda royale, situated within a 5 min walking distance to the nearby beaches, shops and amenities in one of the well-established areas of the coast, 25 minute drive from both Malaga airport and about 15 min from Marbella center. Puerto Banus in some 20 min

It has been recently refurbished, comes with most new furniture.Walking distance to a whole range of local amenities, including Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona, McDonald´s and various local bars and shops. The beach is within a walking distance of some 10 minutes, Cabopino port can be reached in 3 minutes with a car and you can find some fine restaurants there. Biggest shopping center La Cañada can be reached in about 10 minutes .
