Modern cottage located on a large, completely undisturbed natural plot in quiet, scenic surroundings in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby a little north of Løkken. The cottage contains a living room / kitchen in open connection, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. The living room is bright and well-appointed with modern furniture in the well-known Danish cottage style and with the main emphasis on well-being and cosiness. The result is a very well-functioning living area with good light and very good space. For cheap heating, the house is equipped with both air-to-air heat pump and wood stove with free firewood. There is an open terrace around the house, here you can stay undisturbed and find both shelter and sun. From the terrace there is direct access to the large, hilly natural plot. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
