This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa has recently been fully renovated by its British owners using the highest quality materials throughout. The villa faces south and has a beautiful, heated, saltwater pool of 12 x 5m with a counter-current jet system. The villa is surrounded by 1,700 sqm of lush garden and terracing.

Each double bedroom is airconditioned and its own bath/shower-room. The master bedroom also has a dressing area. All but one of the bedrooms overlook the pool.

The newly-fitted Italian kitchen has the latest Siemens appliances including a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, large oven and micro wave. The counter tops are Silastone.

Outside the house is a covered terrace for all-weather dining and a covered lounge area for you to retreat from the sun. There is a gas barbecue.

The living area has a large widescreen smart tv allowing you to access Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a fire place for colder evenings.

The house is located in a secured, gated estate so your security is ensured. it is nestled in woodland so is very quiet. Although the neighbours are close by, the property is not overlooked.

Fantastic Property

The villa is finished to an excellent standard and has wonderful facilities. It’s in a great location with easy access to the main places to visit. Would hope to stay again.

Modern, Vibrant & Spacious

This holiday home in Biot was the final stay on our European tour and it was just what we needed after spending a hectic few weeks travelling with the family. The location is great being close to the village but it is very peaceful and private. The house had everything we needed including a beautiful pool and lots of space for the kids to play allowing us adults to relax. The beds are super comfy and all the appliances very modern! There are lots of nice restaurants in the village and there is a large supermarket pretty close by.

lovely place to relax

We stayed in this beautiful villa just outside Biot for a week in September this year. This is the perfect time to visit the South of France as the weather is still lovely but all the summer crowds have left. As two couples, we didn’t really need such a large house but we booked late in the day and there weren’t many properties available. The villa has five bedrooms so there was plenty of space for us to knock about. We chose the 2 largest bedrooms but all 5 are doubles. We were met on arrival by the check-in agent who welcomed us and showed us around. She also gave us her phone number in case of emergencies (which we thankfully didn’t need). There is space in the drive to park 2-3 cars but there are also spaces outside the house on the road if needs be. The villa is set in a quiet domain of about 20 houses. There is no through traffic so it is very peaceful. Because the house is built on a slope, you enter upstairs with 3 of the bedrooms on this level. Down a flight of stairs are the living area, kitchen, two further bedrooms and the garden/pool. We later learned that the house has just been newly renovated and it shows. The bathrooms are beautiful and the kitchen is very smart with all mod cons. We particularly liked the coffee machine! Outside there is a lovely, large covered terrace leading on to the pool area. The infinity pool looks out into the forest. There is a swimming jet at one end which we tried out – lots of fun. The pool is heated. Other good points are the gas barbecue and the modern TV which has Netflix etc. One thing missing is a dvd player and some movies to watch but the owner tells us he is going to get this sorted soon. Biot is a great base for exploring this area. The village is very
