Immersed in the scents and colors of the Mediterranean scrub, it enjoys a vast panorama from the mountains towards Siena, Montieri and the Cornate di Gerfalco, to the sea of Piombino and the Island of Elba. Ideal for a holiday immersed in nature and silence, it is however convenient to reach the beaches of Torre Mozza, Baratti and Rimigliano, which are about 20 minutes away by car, as well as to visit the small medieval towns such as Massa Marittima, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima , always reachable in 15/20 minutes by car.
The apartment has an exclusive garden around the house, and has an entrance under a large porch that can be used for outdoor lunches and dinners, organized with outdoor table and chairs. From the porch you enter directly through three steps to the large and bright kitchen / living room, with table, open kitchen corner and working fireplace corner, with two armchairs and a sofa. With another 4 steps you enter the small hallway on which the doors of the two bedrooms and the bathroom open.
The larger bedroom has a double bed, while the smaller bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and has a wall hair dryer. If there is a need for two families to spend their holidays together, in the same place, but with the privacy of independent houses, there is the possibility of booking the apartment on the first floor of the main house as well, see ref. 8841527
