The Ea di Lavru is a delightful small residential complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of the island of Tavolara, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which are decidedly different from the common canons of the area, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colorful flowers, allow you to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

BEDS: 2
DISTRIBUTION: on one level. Access to the entrance is via a downward staircase set among large rocks. In the unique environment there is a double bed, 2 poufs, table and chairs and a kitchenette. The bathroom with shower can be reached via a small hallway / dressing room. An extensive terrace, largely "veranda", runs around the two sides of the apartment.
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a spectacular veranda, with two huge granite columns chiseled by hand, is furnished with outdoor table and chairs, and ranges over the enchanting seascape.
VIEW: Sea view. This apartment has a splendid view of the gulf from the large veranda / terrace and from the huge vasistas window in the living room. Garden view: from the veranda / terrace
NEXT: on the left it borders the living room of apartment # 8. The other 3 sides are free from adjacent neighbors. Below no apartment. Above apartment # 5

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-in): Initial cleaning: € 70.00 - Bed linen and towels: € 17. 50 per person per week
ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-out): Water and electricity: according to consumption (according to meter reading). The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 18.00. Check-out by 10.00. Times can be modified on request
PETS: Small pets are allowed. The cost for each animal is € 50.00 for the whole period. For more than one animal the additional cost is € 15.00 for each one.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES available on request: sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels, baby beds, high chairs, folding cots, microwave ovens, BBQ, Wi-Fi connection, basic necessities pack. (Kitchen towels and kitchen sponges, dish detergent, soap, toilet paper, water, oil, vinegar, salt). NB: residues of any kind left by previous guests are previously removed from the apartment

Liebevoll gestaltete Anlage in traumhafter Lage
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal, aber bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal im L Éa di Lavru! Die Anlage wird vom guten Geist Marco perfekt gepflegt und gewartet. Auf Wünsche wird sofort und äußerst zuvorkommend eingegangen. Absolut untypisch im positivsten Sinne ist die Unterstützung durch den Inhaber der Anlage. Flavio ist immer für seine Gäste da und gibt wertvolle Tipps zu allen relevanten Themen (Essen, Strände, Ausflüge, Shopping). Auf Wunsch kümmert er sich um Reservierungen in Restaurants, die Buchung von Ausflügen usw. Aber nie aufdringlich, sondern immer nur auf Wunsch. Hier ist man wirklich noch Gast und nicht nur ein Geld bringender Tourist! Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub in einer kleinen aber feinen Ferienanlage sucht wird hier fündig. Schöne Strände sind nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und mit dem Mietwagen (Übernahme und Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs am Airport in Olbia sehr einfach) gut erreichbar. Ciao Flavio, wir kommen sicher wieder!!!

First class accommodation - first class service!
We have just arrived back from a fabulous holiday in Sardinia staying at L'Ea di Lavru. Apartments are beautifully decorated and very clean in a fantastic location with some apartments overlooking the sea, the others overlooking well kept gardens. Flavio's attention to detail is evident in everything from his marvellous guide which is essentially a holiday Bible of things to do and see in area to the decor in apartments. If you need any advice or help with restaurant bookings or trip booking Flavio is more than happy to assist getting you the best table and great service at local restaurants where you will be treated like royalty as we did at Il Fare restaurant close by. Beach close by together with supermarkets, shops and restaurants all within walking distance although wise to hire car to explore island and see the other beautiful beaches. Would thoroughly recommend Flavio's apartments for that special holiday with that personal touch which is so rare to find these days. Look forward to returning next year!

En sjælden fin perle!
Dette sted kan varmt anbefales! Især skal den spændende indretning af lejlighederne og feriekomplekset som sådan bør roses. Her er der virkelig gjort noget ud af tingene. Udsigten fra terrassen er fremragende. Annoncebeskrivelsen var korrekt i enhver henseende, lejligheden var i perfekt stand, ejeren gjorde sit yderste for at vores ophold blev så behageligt som muligt, gav os en grundig introduktion til faciliteterne, og var meget hjælpsom i forhold til reservering af bord på restauranter, med oplysninger om hvilke muligheder området ellers bød på, mm.

Wunderschöne Appartmentanlage im sardischen Stil
Wir haben in diesem Jahr zum dritten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen, ruhigen und gepflegten Appartmentanlage verbracht und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Flavio hat uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben sehr viele Restaurants- und Ausflugstipps von ihm bekommen und mit einem Mietwagen ist die Insel auch sehr gut zu erkunden. Wir freuen uns schon auf ein Wiedersehen und kommen auf jeden Fall im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Semplicemente perfetto
Siamo appena rientrati da due settimane di vacanza a l'Ea di Lavru. Il posto ha una posizione invidiabile, sulla collina a due minuti di macchina dal centro di Porto San Paolo. Quasi tutti gli appartamenti hanno vista sullo splendido mare di Tavolara e quei pochi che non l'hanno, hanno comunque un resede esterno immerso nel verde. Abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamenti diversi entrambi impeccabili nell'arredamento, dotazioni per la cucina e pulizia. Ogni appartamento sebbene abbia una linea di arredamento comune, ha dettagli di design che lo rendono unico ed accogliente . La struttura e' stata costruita con materiali che si integrano perfettamente nello stile locale e il curatissimo verde che la circonda ripropone le piante ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea. A completamento di tutto questo da menzionare la disponibilità e cortesia di tutto lo staff e soprattutto del proprietario pronto a dare tutti i suggerimenti richiesti.
