The Ea di Lavru is a delightful small residential complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located just a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of the island of Tavolara, which appears as an imposing Dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which are decidedly different from the common canons of the area, differ from each other in position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colorful flowers, allow you to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on two levels staggered by some steps. A bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with a double sofa bed, 1 small kitchenette, 1 bathroom
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: a large terracotta terrace on the bedroom level runs all around the apartment up to the entrance door, which in turn is protected by a small veranda. Next to the latter you go up, through an external staircase, to a terrace / solarium. From here the view embraces the entire gulf of Porto San Paolo. A veranda in front of the living room, furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, is surrounded by plants and various inflorescences

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-in): Initial cleaning: € 70.00 - Bed linen and towels: € 17. 50 per person per week
ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS (to be paid at check-out): Water and electricity: according to consumption (according to meter reading). The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 18.00. Check-out by 10.00. Times can be modified on request. ANIMALS: Small pets are allowed. The cost for each animal is € 50.00 for the whole period. For more than one animal the additional cost is € 15.00 for each one.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES available on request: sun beds, umbrellas, beach towels, baby beds, high chairs, folding cots, microwave ovens, BBQ, Wi-Fi connection, basic necessities pack. (Kitchen towels and kitchen sponges, dishwashing detergent, soap, toilet paper, water, oil, vinegar, salt). NB: residues of any kind left by previous guests are previously removed from the apartment

Tolles Ambiente
Sehr gepflegte, ruhige Anlage auf einer Anhöhe. Die einzelnen Wohneinheiten sind sehr liebevoll und durchdacht gestaltet, viele sehr schöne Details, z.B. Lichteffekte in den Räumen, sehr gute Ausstattung, gute Betreuung. Die Beschreibung auf der Homepage ist eher noch untertrieben. 15 Min von Olbia, dennoch kein Fluglärm Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und die Hügel ringsherum. Schöne Bepflanzung, super gepflegt. Um zum Strand zu gelangen, benötigt man ein Auto, Parken ist dann problemlos. Im Ort gibt es alles zu "normalen" Preisen zu kaufen. Ausflugsziele gibt es diverse, auch Exkursionen per Boot. Selbst Klettertouren auf der gegenüber gelegenen Insel sind möglich. Strände zum Tauchen, Surfen, usw. alles innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sauberkeit: Hervorragend, sogar die Mülltonnen wurden mehrmals in der Woche von innen gesäubert, sodass selbst die Biotonne trotz der hohen Temperaturen nicht gerochen hat. Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Apartments waren picobello sauber. Der Eigentümer und Vermieter Flavio wohnt selbst mitten in der Anlage und kümmert sich entsprechend aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Bei Anreise erhält man einen von ihm geschriebenen "Reiseführer" mit Restaurantempfehlungen, Wegbeschreibungen zu diversen Stränden, Notfalltelefonnummern und vielen weiteren sehr nützlichen Tipps. Er kümmert sich sofort bei Fragen oder Wünschen. Als Beispiel: Unser Kühlschrank war wohl mit der Hitze etwas überfordert und kühlte zwar, aber meiner Meinung nach nicht kalt genug. Das war an einem Sonntag. Direkt am Montag erhielten wir einen neuen, noch originalverpackten Kühlschrank für unser Haus. Dieser wurde dann direkt von Marco - dem Mann für alle Fälle - eingebaut, von der guten Fee Monica geputzt und war funktionsbereit. Alles völlig unproblematisch, spontan und ohne zu zögern. Zu dem Interieur der Appartements: Wir fahren seit ca. 20 Jahren regelmäßig nach Sardinien. Ich habe noch nie eine solch liebevolle, durchdachte und schöne Einrichtung gesehen. Besonders auffallend sind die von Flavio selbst entworfenen Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten: außergewöhnlich, gemütlich und schön. Mückenschutz ist auch überall angebracht, allerdings gab es sehr wenig Mücken. Die Ausstattung mit Tellern, Gläsern usw. ist großzügig bemessen, sodass man nicht dauernd spülen muss. Praktisch fanden wir auch, dass wir einige Dinge einzeln dazu buchen konnten. Z.B. WLAN - was hervorragend funktionierte -

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Anlage
Sehr zu empfehlen in der Jahreszeit, es blüht und ist noch sehr wenig touristisch. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet auf einem Hügel mit bestem Blick zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einige Extras müssen gezahlt werden wie z.B. TV, Föhn. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Liebe zum Detail
Das Appartement entsprach unseren Erwartungen und war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Inneneinrichtung und speziell die Lichtinstallationen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Auf der Dachterrasse geniest man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Parkierung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da die Platzverhältnisse relativ eng sind. Nach unserer Ankunft überreichte uns Flavio ein Informationspaket mit einer Zusammenstellung der schönsten Strände, empfehlenswerten Restaurants und tollen Ausflugszielen. Vorallem die Insidertipps waren sehr hilfreich. So habe ich im "La Tavernetta" den besten Fisch meines Lebens genossen. Danke für alles, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder einmal ;)

A wonderful place to chill out
We spent a very pleasant two weeks in apartment n°1. It’s a wonderful place to chill out and the fact that we had two terraces meant that we could opt for sun or shade. The shady one looked out onto the pretty gardens and the rooftop one had a spectacular view over to the Isola Tavolara. The apartment itself was a testament to Flavio’s great love of architecture. His brochure was most useful, enabling us, amongst other things, to find beaches which would probably have remained hidden to us. We greatly appreciated the walk mapped out for us, from L’Ea di Lavru along the unspoilt local coastline. We must add that we would give 11 out of 10 for the cleanliness of the apartment and everything in it!

Fantastic service and scenery
We really enjoyed the hospitality and service of the estate owner - Flavio. It was a great pleasure to experience his commitment and dedication to perfection - about our stay, about the apartment and about our excursions, that Flavio very kindly helped us organizing. When booking the apartment - Flavio provided us with an extensive guidebook with a lot of useful information about the area of Porto San Paolo. Besides this - the apartment was lovely and had a great view. Highly recommendable Janne & Søren Denmark
