This villa of 220m2 just built with beautiful materials fully air conditioned is ideally located between PORTO VECCHIO and BONIFACIO in the pretty village of Suartone, La Rondinara road one of the most beautiful beach of Corsica.

The villa enjoys a sea view on the bay of Rondinara. It can accommodate 8 to 10 people with its 4 bedrooms
The MasterBedroom with its 160 bed, bathroom, Wc and TV.
2 bedrooms (one with a bed of 160 and the other with 2 beds of 90), a bathroom and a toilet.
A 4th bedroom in an independent apartment of 45m2 with a double bed, a sofa rapido, a TV, bathroom and toilet plus a kitchen.

The interior of the villa is spacious and cozy
The living room opens with bay windows on a large terrace overlooking the sea
The kitchen is open, functional and very well equipped

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en Corse. La maison est confortable, les chambres et la literie de bonne qualité. La maison n'est pas louée depuis longtemps et certains points sont à améliorer. Déception en arrivant: la maison est en bord de route très passante et donc très bruyante. Pas de parking possible pour 2 voitures. La configuration n'est pas très pratique. Les pièces de vie sont à l'étage, la plancha et la table d'extérieur en rez de jardin. La pelouse est synthétique et les équipements ne sont pas adaptés pour 8 personnes ( la table à manger sur la terrasse est trop petite, pas de carafe , le barbecue petit et très rouillé, pas assez de bains de soleil.. L'hôte est cependant très sympa et la communication facile. Suartone est très bien placée par rapport à la plage et à l'accès à Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio.
