Completely renovated with fine finishes (2015) !! In the heart of Milan, the apartment, just 50m from the MM1 (Porta Venezia), is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a period building in Via Frisi. It is ideal for singles or couples and for families and small groups of friends (max 3 people). The studio is fully equipped, equipped with air conditioning, 1 double sofa bed, a second bed on a mezzanine, fine parquet flooring, wardrobe, washing machine, bathroom with shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob. Rates starting from € 50 per night!
If you want a separate room you can also request the mansardina, of 9 square meters (+8 of attic storage): it is on the 5th floor, independent, with air conditioning, sofa-bed type 'futon' from 1 square and a half (140x185cm), wardrobe, TV-led, electric moka, bathroom with toilet and sink (NO shower). Rates starting from € 20 per night !!

Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato. Bagno pulito e moderno. Zona ottima e vicinissima alla fermata Metro Porta Venezia. Unico punto negativo la puzza di fumo (che odio essendo non fumatore!) che c'era nella casa nonostante le finestre aperte! Il proprietario ha detto che la colpa era dei precedenti ospiti! monolocale dotato di tutto, lavastoviglie e lavatrice comprese, bagno grande, unica pecca la distanza letto-soffitto, bisogna sempre stare attenti alla testa. per quanto riguarda la posizione è fantastica! la metro a 100 metri ( 3 fermate e si è al duomo! ), supermercato, farmacia, ecc sono sotto casa! l'unica nota negativa riguarda l'assenza di ascensore, in quanto il monolocale si trova al quarto piano

Con questa recensione ringraziamo i proprietari di casa per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza. La casa è molto accogliente e ottima nel suo complesso; un punto in leggero sfavore va al divano letto che purtroppo era troppo rumoroso in ogni movimento che si faceva (andrebbe cambiato). La posizione è eccellente, zona bellissima di Milano a 10 minuti dal duomo a piedi, c'è la metro ed il passante ferroviario. Soddisfatti.

"Petit appartement très bien place dans le quartier quadrilatere de oro. C'est difficile de trouver mieux placé. Les boutiques et supermarché sont à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Néanmoins problème de chauffage au moment de notre venue qui a crée quelques désagréments. Les sanitaires sont aussi un peu long à démarrer. Ceci dit appartement convenable pour un séjour sur Milan. La station de métro est vraiment très proche(3min)et on peut relier le duomo en 10 minutes. Le Propriétaire est disponible."

Die Fotos haben ein wesen...

Die Fotos haben ein wesentlich schöneres Apartment gezeigt als es tarsächlich war. Die Unterkunft war schmutzig, und es hat nach ausströmendem Gas gerochen. Der Teil am Dachboden war kaum beheizbar und eigentlich nur ein Loch, das aus dem Dachboden ausgeschnitten, bzw.abgetrennt war.

"We had a wonderful holiday in Milan. The apartment is located in the heart of Milan's very cozy, clean, quiet and very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a dignified life. Apartment is a 5- minute walk to the Metro area of Venice, a large supermarket and main street of Buenos Aires. Thank you very much Andrea apartment owner and his charming wife. They are very friendly and hospitable. It is pleasant to be at such people on a visit. We really enjoyed our stay, and, of course, the next time we went to Milan. We highly recommend this apartment with everything."

"I spent a very good mome...

"I spent a very good moment in Italia, in Milano thanks to this appartement. Indeed, it's very well located in the city center (next to very good restaurant!!), it's not too noisy on the night, their is the air conditionnning (that you really appreciate during the summer!), their is enough dishes, etc. For the price, I really recommend this appartement. Moreover the owners are also very friendly. I hope I'll could come back soon, because in 4 days I didn't have the time to do everything I wanted."
