Set in a peaceful garden with magnificent mountain views, this charming Mallorcan country house, formerly used for agriculture and livestock, has been recently restored with a simple and comfortable style and has become a vacation home for tourists, according to the instructions of the Ministry of Tourism of the Government of the Balearic Islands, with accommodation for up to eight people on 2 floors. The situation of the property (at the end of a rural road) allows tranquility and almost privacy, being ideal for family vacations.
The location of the house (at the end of a rural road) is very quiet with total privacy. The nearest neighbor is 50 meters near the house, which allows much needed rest during your vacation.
You can walk from the house to the port of Pollensa or the old town of Pollensa, by a pedestrian path built in 2012.
