Around the house is a beautifully landscaped garden of more than 1200 m2 that offers many opportunities for young and old! Think of a trampoline, swings, playhouse with slide and certainly do not forget the different terraces where you can enjoy the sun all day! As soon as the children sleep well and the evening falls, you can enjoy the veranda with a glass of wine and terrace theater. The villa consists of two wings; upon entering you are in the large bright hall which gives access to a separate toilet with fountain, bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 bedrooms.

Then you come to the kitchen which is equipped with every luxury to enjoy together as family and friends. Also located in this same room is also the living / sitting area where you can relax with a glass of wine by the fire and enjoy the panoramic view of the architecturally laid out garden.

After this space you enter the second wing that has; separate toilet, bathroom with bath (possibility of shower in bath) and two bedrooms. This wing also provides access to the garage, where you can store your bicycles and there is also a washing machine and dryer.
