This lovely barn conversion sits peacefully on the owners' farmland in County Durham and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Hay Loft is a thoughtfully presented stone cottage resting on the outskirts of Durham near the village of Brancepeth. It comprises two ground floor bedrooms; a super king-size double (zip/link) with en-suite shower room and twins (zip/link) with en-suite walk-in shower room, sleeping four guests in total. There is also a first floor cloakroom and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is a private patio with furniture and ample off-road parking. The Hay Loft is a fabulous barn conversion nestled in a delightful countryside location.
