About this property

It is a small apartment of 63 m2 but very cozy, I live there and I am looking to share the room that is left over with cool and relaxed people, it is recommended that they be 2 people to be comfortable, in case of being a larger group they can only be A maximum of 4 people and the 2 extras would sleep on mats or the lounge chair. They can use the common areas of the apartment as well as those of the building (roof garden and gym). If the reservation is two nights or more, an extra cleaning fee of $ 100 pesos will be charged.
