From the wonderful coffee maker to the lovely terrace and everything else in between Merje and Antero's apartment is the best place possible to stay in Tallinn.
Lovely apartment within walking distance to Old Town
My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for 3 nights, which wasn't enough time to enjoy the beautiful city of Tallinn. Highly recommend staying longer. Taxi from ferry terminal to apt was only $10 euro. The apt was very clean, and the foldout bed for our daughter was already set up and made upon our arrival. Very convenient to have a washing machine/dryer included! It's in a nice neighborhood; the pizza shop directly across from the apt is wonderful. My only suggestion is to fix the shower as the water easily comes out and makes the floor wet. Also adding more hooks in the bathroom for towels/robes would be great. Thank you for a nice stay!
The unit, as it turned out , was in a perfect location from Old Town Tallinn! We had arrived early and had to wait but there was a excellent pizza place across from the apartment which we were able to enjoy a pizza before entering our unit. The only thing about the checkin is that it needs to be updated - no visitor registration was required.

It was convenient to shopping, tranportation and Old Town for fun dining out and sightseeing. Also closeby Covid test for our return flight to USA at The mall. They had maps for us to borrow for the transit system and Tallinn for walking.
We did note high noise , music from restaurants evidently. until midnight on Saturday night but not other nights. We were glad this did not occur overnight the Friday as we had to leave at 4:30 AM for the airport. Kichen is fully eqiped. Would have liked a taller table on thd deck forr dining. The owner respondesd to our suggestions forr extra bed pillows and a safer entrance mat.

Tolle Lage direkt neben der Altstadt und auch gut, um in die Umgebung zu kommen. Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Günstige Parkgelegenheit für den PKW für 5€ am Tag in der Nähe. Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, Balkon auch vorhanden. Wir würden erneut kommen.
Everything was excellent except that the apartment was really hot even though we turned off the floor heating in all rooms. The reason behind this we found out by ourselves that the hotel spa section with saunas etc are directly underneath the apartment. The property manager/owner was informed about this and said the temperature would go down to about 18°C if they were turned the floor heating off, with a few hours delay, but this weren't the case in reality. Anyway the reason behind this was the spa underneath the apartment. As a building engineer I can't come to think of another reason.
Thankfully the apartment have a big balcony with two doors that we kept open. I would not unfortunately recommend the apartment during the summer though, because of this reason. The two bars close by quite noisy if your planning on sleeping with the balcony doors open.

I would like to elaborate on temperature, I believe there is a little misunderstanding. I can assure that the apartment has a constant temperature of 22-23 degrees. It is wintertime and should be comfortable for the vast majority.
The apartment has a water floor heating system, no conventional radiators. The misunderstanding may have begun with a portable air cleaner, which shows, among other things, the temperature and was placed on the floor. A meter placed on a warm floor cannot show the correct temperature and it gave you the wrong impression of the temperature in the apartment.
There were several people in the apartment. To keep all visitors comfortable from now on, we limit the number of visitors to two people in the future. It is important to us that all visitors feel at ease and are satisfied with their stay.

A nice one bed room apartment. Kitchen well furnished. Finding the actual apartment building was a bit challenging for us. Once you obtain the front door fob and exit that building, turn left and then turn left into the first alley. The building will be on your left. Google maps was not at all accurate for us.
Owner provides one bath towel per person and one small hand towel in the bathroom so if you wish face cloths or a hand towel per person, bring your own.
The washer/dryer is a combination unit and washes well but very slow for drying. A drying rack is provided and worked well.
Just returned from a three night stay. The location is fantastic and the apartment is extremely comfortable, equipped, to a high standard for everything we needed.
The location of this flat is superb -- minutes on foot to old town or Balti Jaam market. It's in the Rotermann quarter, which is worth exploring too. It's a short tram ride from Kalamaja (unique architecture) and Kadriog (museums) neighbourhoods. The flat is comfortable and contains everything that you need. It was a fantastic holiday.
The flat is beautiful and includes everything you need and more. For instance, if you forgot your toothbrush, there is one in the bathroom. It's thoughtful touches like this as well as the extreme comfort of the flat that make ne wush i could give more than 5 stars. Wish we could stay longer.
