sunrises, is the best choice to enjoy a family holiday or

The apartment is in a great urbanization with
well maintained swimming pools where one of them is heated, for those days in which the
Sun does not squeeze enough or where to take a relaxing bath towards sunset.

to relax before going to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bathroom

diversity of restaurants where you can taste typical Canarian food.

Todo genial
Hemos estado muy cómodos y tranquilos, el alojamiento es tal y como se describe, tiene de todo para pasar unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy buena, facilidad para hacer el check-in y un detallazo de bienvenida que se agradece un montón. Tuvimos una avería en el termo y en unas horas instalaron uno nuevo.
La zona es tranquila, hay grandes hoteles cerca, por lo que no hay problema de supermercados y restaurantes.
Nosotros alquilamos coche para movernos y la vivienda está muy cerca de la autovía.
Pareja con un niño de tres años, que dormía en el sofá cama. El espacio de sobra, hasta con otro niño, para más personas quedaría muy justo.
La piscina super limpia, la hemos disfrutado mucho a pesar de ser febrero, porque ha hecho muy bueno.
Nos hemos alojado en muchos apartamentos y este ha sido el mejor equipado con diferencia, como estar en casa 😊

Playa Paraiso
Die Wohnung war reizend aber etwas schattig gelegen. Die Gesamtanlage sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Nachteil: der Pool war entgegen den Angaben im Online-Inserat überhaupt nicht geheizt. Für Februar eindeutig zu kalt.

Estimado Bartolo, celebro su valoración positiva tanto del apartamento como de la urbanización. En cuanto a la temperatura de la piscina climatizada;
Según el Ministerio de Sanidad Español se consideran piscinas climatizadas aquellas que mantengan rangos de temperatura entre los 24 y los 30 grados siempre dependiendo de la temperatura ambiente. Teniendo en cuenta que la piscina es exterior y que en las fechas de su estancia la temperatura nocturna llegó en Adeje a 13 grados y la diurna a 19 grados; (Temperaturas anormalmente bajas), la temperatura del agua de la piscina no ha conseguido la temperatura de confort necesaria. Lo lamento Mucho.
