Entire house with 3 floors for rent in Isle Ilha Primeira, for holidays, events, work and expats. This house have many privacy and space and the entrance dont need to be shared with others. This house has a balcony, kitchen, livingroom with toilet and a space to wash and dry clothes in the first floor. In the second floor are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. In the last floor there is an arttic where it is possible to relax or work quietly. Here in the island its safe, quiet, green and from here the transport is easy. Our house is located on an island near the mountain and the sea, between the districts Itanhangá and Barra da Tijuca, it is possible to walk to the beach in few minutes and make a trail to the forest or take a boat trip to know the place that is very safe, quiet and green without the danger and noise of vehicles or get to know the local bars and restaurants, can go to Downtown mall, beach, nightclubs, market in few minutes.
