We invite you to stay in this spacious family villa which is situated 1,2 km from the center of one of the prettiest villages in the Algarve, Carvoeiro. The upper floor is air-conditioned. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a bedroom with double bed and en-suite cloakroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The bedrooms share a shower room with toilet and bidet. The windows from both bedrooms open into the garden. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV is on the first floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace where you will find table and chairs to enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the garden. There is a spacious sitting/dining room on the ground floor. Sliding doors open off to the large sun terrace with outside furniture and stunning views of the gardens and the sea. There are two more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sitting room with TV and a smaller kitchen on the lower ground floor. Sliding doors are opening from the sitting room on to the pool area and the garden. Fully fitted kitchen. Free WI-FI, free Sky and Portuguese channels in all TVs, plenty of books, quite a few games, CD player, DVD player, and radio.

Lovely spacious private villa located in a nice quiet area within walking distance to the restaurants and bars (about 20 mins) as others have mentioned worth getting a uber on way home as its slightly uphill and paths are far and few between. Kitchen facilities were good with lots of pans and cutlery. Pool area/garden beautiful with plenty of sun loungers, sun terrace outside of main bedroom was a bonus to catch the last evening sun .. Good communication with Galia and check in was a breeze with lockbox and electric gate code given a couple of days before arrival ...would definitely recommend.

Home from Home!

Beautiful, traditional villa which is so much larger and lovelier than the pics and description on the website. Very spacious and equipped for our large family group. Gorgeous gardens and pool which we spent many hours around. Town is approx 20 mins walk so we tended to walk one way and then taxi home later - the taxi service was excellent and had plenty of availability. Local supermarkets approx 10 min walk and we would recommend the rib boat trip to the caves too - excellent fun. Thanks to Isabel for help and advice. Would definitely recommend!!!

Why they chose this property

Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the resort and the details regarding access to your holiday home. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 14H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.

What makes this property unique

A breakage deposit of €350 is required to be paid directly to us by bank transfer with the balance payment.

This deposit will be held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned to your bank account within two weeks after your departure providing no breakages have occurred. 

We reserve the right to charge extra breakage deposit for young/same sex groups. €100 per person.

Should any breakages or extra cleaning require we reserve the right to hold on your deposit until the problem sorted and paid for.
