Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a river in the grounds, 50 yards away.. This delightful restored, detached stone cottage set on a working farm in the Conwy Valley, close to the National Trust’s beautiful garden at Bodnant. With a cosy wood burner in the living room and walks from the door, this makes an ideal base for exploring the area. Conwy and its castle and town walls, Aberconwy House and Plas Mawr are close by, as is the Victorian town of Llandudno with its beaches and Great Orme’s Head. Visit Surf Snowdonia in the Conwy Valley, the UKs first artificial surfing lake! Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Had a really lovely break over Christmas. The cottage was looking great, with very pretty tree and wood burning fire already set for us when we arrived, along with some tasty treats. We found Hen Dy perfect for us and walking directly to the village provided several beautiful meals along with the friendly company of many locals. Cannot recommend enough and will certainly be returning in the spring.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location only a short drive to Conwy. Cottage was well equipped and cosy and included a welcome pack with a lovely homemade chocolate cake! Our daughter had a great time playing with the owners son and she didn’t want to go home!!We had a fantastic time and hope to return back again soon!
