We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Suffolk; lovely cosy and warm cottage with a welcoming atmosphere; full of character and well equipped, perfect for the three of us (parents and one adult son). Quiet area with stunning views and lots of birds in the secluded garden. The prosecco was a nice extra touch along with milk in the fridge on arrival for a cup of tea! Thanks

Another great weekend stay for us in his charming cottage that has such a lovely feel about it. Enjoyed the log burner as always and because of the sunny weather we were able to sit out in the garden with a drink and enjoy the view. Liked the new layout and new furniture and I polished off the delicious cake (thank you) quicker than ever.
Highly recommended - one of our favourite places to stay.
Nice quiet well located place just let down by the weather beginning of week

Magical little cottage in a lovely garden.
Magical little cottage in a lovely garden. Secluded but within reasonable distance of Bungay. The only downside, perhaps, would be that access to the second bedroom is by way of the first. A small issue for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Three Ash Cottage.
We really enjoyed our stay at Three Ash Cottage. It was always warm despite some cold February weather and the log burner made a night in even more cosy. We soon got used to navigating the stairs without bumping our heads. It’s a great location , quiet and secluded but easy to cycle into Bungay for drinks at the Green Dragon, a bite to eat at the Fleece or coffee at the Silo, plus there are cycle routes and plenty of quiet lanes for going further afield. The kitchen has everything you need and space to put stuff. There’s a shed with 2 bikes and room for a couple more. The garden will be nice when the weather gets warmer!Highly recommended.

It is a quiet and peaceful rural location.
It is a quiet and peaceful rural location. There are lots of birds in the garden, the sky gets very dark at night so a great opportunity to look at the stars. The cottage is over a mile (2km) from Bungay so a car is essential. Bungay and Beccles have enough shops and restaurants for food.

Perfect for a romantic couple as the cottage is secluded and quiet.
Perfect for a romantic couple as the cottage is secluded and quiet. All equipment you might want is there. Because of its seclusion the night is very dark so a small night light might be a useful addition.
Ideal for a small family .Though perhaps a stairgate might make it perfect.
Overall . Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our holidays and our dogs loved the large garden to play in, the cottage was lovely but the kitchen pots pans and trays need replacing, and no room to prep food, fridge not big enough and maybe bathroom needs updating, sounds picky but over all we enjoyed our holidays and would recommend friends though.
