This is a comfortable holiday home and offers nearby fantastic scenery and walks upon the coastal path or Exmoor.. 2 steps to entrance.

Patio with garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Beach 2 miles. Virginia Lodge is an ideal place from which to stay whilst exploring the local area. This single storey semi-detached holiday annexe is adjacent to the owner’s home and is comfortably furnished. With a pleasant sitting-out area, it really is somewhere to return to after a long day out. The property is located just outside the coastal town of Watchet. The ancient sea port has a good range of shops, places to eat and pubs. There is also the harbour area and you can join the West Somerset Railway at the local station. There is superb scenery and walking on the South West Coastal Path or inland on Exmoor and many other places to visit to make a memorable holiday. The Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, are famous for the Watersmeet Gorge (National Trust), valley of the rocks and the funicular cliff railway. Looking towards Minehead, there is the promenade to enjoy a walk and an icecream as well as having a good array of shops and other amenities. The West Somerset Railway is worth a visit for those with an interest in stream engines. Dunster Castle (National Trust) and village, with its beautiful terraced gardens, deer park and mill will make for an interesting day out as well as Porlock Weir. There are beaches at Dunster and Blue Anchor for all to enjoy. Pedestrians and cyclists have access into Watchet, which is only a short 15 minute walk down the road. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
