Fantastic Location, Lovely Cottage

My sister and I stayed here with our parents for a long weekend (hottest one of the year!). Great rural location just a few miles from Stratford, which was so easy to drive to. Cottage was perfect for our requirements as all ground level with plenty of space in living area and both bedrooms for 4 adults with a nice, private garden at the back which was perfect for breakfast and sitting out in the evening. Welcome pack of wild flowers, milk and cake was very welcome and a nice touch. Tracy came round when we first arrived and just before we left and we knew where to find her if we had any problems (which we didn't). Apart from breakfast we ate out for meals so can't really comment on pots, pans etc as previous reviewers but I would say that the cottage is very clean. OK some kitchen equipment isn't brand spanking new but it looked clean and useable, so don't let this put you off. As we stayed during a heatwave, we took a couple of fans with us which I would definitely recommend if we get such weather again. I noticed that wood was provided for the wood burner and I imagine it is a lovely, cosy cottage in winter. Plenty of pubs in short driving distance (The Bell and The Chequers, which had an impressive selection of outside seating). Would have loved to have tried a few of the many nearby walks but not so easy with parents in their 80's, haha. Selection of tourist leaflets, a few books and games provided in cottage. Parking for 2x cars right infront of cottage. Would stay again.

The location of the property was good--very quiet but near to local pubs and not far from Stratford.

The location of the property was good--very quiet but near to local pubs and not far from Stratford. The property was comfortable. our only criticism is that some of the kitchen equipment needs updating--hob, toaster and kettle. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Just returned from a wonderful break, the cottage was easy to find and in the most beautiful surroundings, the cottage was lovely and spacious with everything that we needed, we ate at the local pub The Bell and the food was beautiful. I enjoyed a nice long walk around the countryside and felt so at peace that I will definitely be returning next year. Can’t recommend this place enough, the welcome Flowers were a nice added extra and the host was very welcoming. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The apple house is beautiful and in great surroundings. We enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is the pots and pans they could either do with a good clean or replaced, but all in all super Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Nice cottage with a welcome package of cake, milk and flowers.

Nice cottage with a welcome package of cake, milk and flowers. Close enough to the Cotswolds to make trips to all the well known villages fairly easy. A review of the pots and pans is necessary for those who intend to cook rather than eat out.
