Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electric, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot available.. 2 acres of shared planted areas and large flat lawn with patio. Communal all weather tennis court (free). Private parking for two cars. No smoking. Visit Britain Gold awarded property.. Meadowcroft House is a former gentleman’s residence built in 1908. Over the last century it has been used as a school and hotel before being converted into a stunning complex of apartments with deep cushioned sofas and winter views of the lake through the trees. There are two acres of grounds including mature trees, manicured lawns, shrubberies and more natural areas to enjoy and an all weather tennis court is available for guests use. For the less energetic, the gardens are large enough for a leisurely stroll and are full of birds, rabbits and the occasional deer. Meadowcroft is a 5-minute short drive to Bowness with it’s shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, a local supermarket, and the Beatrix Potter Centre.
Meadowcroft No 7 can be booked together with Meadowcroft No 4 (CC128234) to accommodate up to 10 guests.

INTERNET ACCESS - Please be aware that although internet is advertised as available at this property, if there are any problems with connection/availability of the internet connection during your stay caused by circumstances beyond our control, then neither the owner nor the company can be held responsible and no compensation will be given.
There is a storage cupboard located beneath the flats (where the electric fuse box is) Guests can store bikes in there if needed. It is secure and large enough.
