The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing while we were there maybe this was due to being the only ones there for most of the time . If you like the red arrows you’re in for a treat as they seem to train in that area .
The lodge was beyond our expectations, everything about it is perfect, clean, very well equipped and location is perfect. We had a wonderful Easter break.
Lovely cabin in the middle of nowhere away from the everyday hustle and bustle, looking over lovely countryside.
Would definitely stay again…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It was so relaxing, there’s most things you need for a break as the cabin is well thought out, but those views were tremendous. The Red arrows and hares a bonus to what was a lovely few days winter break.
The dog had a field day, literally.

Lepus lodge is clean with everything you need for a relaxing break with the addition of being able to watch the red arrows doing training flights in the distance
A delightful log cabin maintained to the highest standards. A peaceful, relaxing retreat.
The log cabin is extremely comfortable. Everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable and in addition to all the furniture and equipment we could need there were many, thoughtful extra touches.
The cabin is sited in a quiet spot on a farm, surrounded by great views. It is also an ideal base for visiting Lincoln (a short car journey away) and The Wolds.
The owners are very welcoming and clearly take great pride in maintaining the log cabin to a high standard. It was spotlessly clean.
We would certainly like to return to Lepus Lodge to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.

We enjoyed our week at Lepus lodge which was possibly enhanced by such good weather. We could not fault anything at all. Everything was provided, even binoculars and a hot water bottle!
The cabin was very clean ( even the oven) and all was to a very high standard. It is the perfect spot to get away from it all and so quiet. We saw rabbits, hares and lots of pheasants and wild life. We know there is a well stocked pond nearby but we never ventured there as we didn't want to disturb those who might be fishing. Shops, including a Post office were a ten minute drive away. We never got to see the owners but they left fresh flowers, wine and a plum loaf which was a lovely welcoming touch.

Just the place to unwind and rest away from everything.
Just the place to unwind and rest away from everything. We don't live far away but the lodge was so lovely with everything you need for a relaxing break. Best of all it was great for our dog to have fun straight from the door without getting in the car. Plenty of amenities in Lincoln and we went to the coast at Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea. Louth is worth a visit as it is a great place to stroll around. We are fairly local but to look out of the bifold doors onto a sea of wild flowers was truly wonderful. The only thing we found a bit difficult was the size of the fridge as we took food with us so we didn't have to shop while there. However it was fine as we ate out a lot. Doddington Hall is well worth a visit with lots of different areas to eat. The weather was warm but I am sure in the winter it would be lovely and cosy. The bed was comfortable and it had two lovely sofas which reclined which we found really relaxing. It was spotlessly clean and I was glad of the dishwasher so I did not do any washing up which was a treat.

we loved the lodge very cosy and warm, lovely view of the hares playing out in the meadow what a treat, our little dog enjoyed her evening stroll round the fields and seeing more hares and partridge. The dambusters pub about 2 mile away served good food not too expensive also dog friendly, so yes gold stars all round from us, nice touch from the owner a vase of beautiful flowers making it home from home thank you.

We had a lovely, comfortable, quiet time at Lepus lodge. It's situation is ideal if you peace and quiet, surrounded by farmland and wildlife. Everything we needed was provided in the lodge and the bed was sooo comfortable. Historical Lincoln was only approximately 10 minutes away. I have given it a score of 7 for local amenities because you have to travel to them. I would definitely recommend the lodge to anyone looking for a break to get away from noise and the 'B' word.
PS our dog Tilly had a lovely time and loved going for her early and late walk along the dog walk.
